About the condo:
We just remodeled this unit in 2022 with new tile and painting throughout as well as a completely redone bathroom with new 2 sink vanity, shower, toilet with upgraded furniture!

Direct oceanfront, one bedroom/one bathroom located right on the Ocean with a very nice balcony right on the ocean. The name of the building is Meridian Plaza.
Meridian Plaza is one of the most established resorts in the center of the beach resort area. It is located within a short walk to tons of activities including amusements, shops, restaurants, arcades as well as 'Broadway at the Beach' are all near by. Also a short distance away you will find The Carolina Opry, The Legends, NASCAR, Ripley's Aquarium, Multi-screen Movie Theater and many more activities. Meridian is just a few blocks to the new boardwalk.

This unit is one of the best decorated & well maintained units in the entire building. There is a full kitchen with a full sized refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher and a number of small appliances. There is a smart TV in the living room and the bedroom has a flat screen TVs. We recently replaced the AC to be quieter. There are 2 full beds in the bedroom and a pull out sofa bed in the living room. The unit looks gorgeous and ready for your enjoyment. Free wireless internet is also available inside the unit. Enjoy the sound & spectacular view of the Atlantic ocean from your private balcony, living room, dining room and kitchen.

The resort has both indoor & outdoor pools and hot tubs. There is a beautiful beach and oceanfront lawn area with comfortable lounge chairs that will make this place a memorable and relaxing vacation resort.

If you are interested in booking this condo:

It is totally up to you to take advantage of this or not. After this, you will have to read and agree with the rental agreement before you are able to pay. The first deposit will be 25% of the balance paid with a credit card to complete the reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to your check in date.

This property is Smoke Free. A $250.00 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs within a guest room or on the balcony.

Good but should have been better

Loved location and cleanliness of unit. Furniture was comfy. Bathroom was great. But safe and toaster were missing. Stove burners did not all work properly. TV system was incredibly compljcated; written instructions for both sets should have been provided. Owner failed to acknowledge the frustration and waste of time involved. One TV had 3 remotes and not one worked.

Everything is good as usual the only issue this time was the door is very difficult to operate and there was a large gap allowing the wind to whistle through a couple nights. We have to pull the door hard to close it with the lock.

Great place to stay in Myrtle Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed, including a location on the beach with beautiful views. Kitchen was well-stocked for cooking. The refrigerator is a good size. We were there at the end of September, so it was very quiet.

We really love Myrtle Beach and the things this city offers for a memorable vacation so we continued to add to our condos over the passing years. At this time we have 27 condos in Myrtle Beach and are in the process of buying another. We are very proud of our services and the vacation experience we give our customers.

The sound and view of the Ocean is beautiful, peaceful and awesome especially when the sun rises in the morning. It doesn't feel like a hotel room with the way we finished the unit yet you will feel that you are on a real vacation when you are staying there. Its peaceful yet there are so many things to do. The swimming pools are just great and fun for the family and you will find they are clean and well maintained. You have to go there to believe it.
