Este condomínio à beira-mar / 2 banho de 3 quartos no Apollo é uma segunda unidade final andar (# 210). O edifício está localizado na extremidade sul desejável de praia. Desfrute do-sol fabuloso do nosso grande varanda em frente à praia. As comodidades incluem 2 campos de ténis, piscina aquecida, jacuzzi de hidromassagem, sala de ginástica e um restaurante no local. O quarto principal tem uma cama king-size, uma casa de banho privada e portas de vidro para a varanda. O segundo quarto tem uma cama queen-size eo terceiro quarto tem duas camas de solteiro. Há também um sofá-cama queen size na sala de estar. Cada quarto tem sua própria TV de tela plana, além de um na sala de estar. Esta unidade tem uma totalmente equipada, remodelado, cozinha com granito counter-tops e sua própria lavanderia com full-size lavadora e secadora. O condomínio também é equipado com roupa de cama, toalhas de praia, cadeiras de praia, refrigerador de praia, brinquedos de crianças de praia, guarda-sol, secador de cabelo, liquidificador, cafeteira, pratos, talheres, panelas e utensílios de cozinha. A capacidade máxima é de 7 pessoas. Esta é uma unidade não-fumadores.

Very good, just didn't like twin bedroom mattresses!

Great property and handles three adult couples well except for the twin beds. Understand the need for twin beds, but not very comfortable!

Resposta do proprietário: We only bought the twin beds about 4 years ago and generally only children sleep in them. Unfortunately, this is the 2nd complaint we have had (both from adults sleeping in them), saying these beds were too hard or uncomfortable. So, new ones are on order (from a different manufacturer) and will be delivered when we are there in early March!

Clean and well-equipped condo with a great balcony

Had a great stay. The Apollo has a very pleasant staff, and it's convenient to have a casual beach restaurant right in the building. The pool/hot tub area was nicely kept, and since we had some cool weather while we were there, it offered a good place to get some protection from the breeze and still enjoy the outdoors.

The big balcony really makes a difference for a condo unit. It practically doubles the living space, especially with the large sliding glass doors open. It would be hard to beat the views of the sunset from there.

The location was awesome. Being right on the beach was great! Marco Island beautiful.

The condo was clean, fully equipped kitchen, alot of bath and beach towels. The coolers and push cart were a plus, making it easy to get all of our stuff to the beach. Karen was very thorough in getting back to me quickly. The staff was super nice. The views from the patio were amazing. This is my third time at Marco Island and I love it here! It was our annual girls trip and we had a blast, as always.

A couple of complaints. The condo is right next to a lot with dumpsters. At times it smelled like garbage and it would be really loud when they would throw garbage in them. Which at times was very early in the morning. One of the bedrooms is very small with no closet. There were 2 women who were in that room which made things very tight. There was only one elevator working. We were there for 5 days, you think it would've been fixed in that time frame. Having to use a key for EVERY door was a pain, especially the main lobby door. Of course it was fine to use for our condo door.

All in all we had a fabulous time!

Resposta do proprietário: That is disappointing to hear about the dumpster. We will contact the Condo Association about that immediately. We would have done that during your stay if we had known about it. They are supposed to keep those closed at all times and the restaurant doesn't open until 11:00 am, so it is surprising that someone would be taking trash out early in the morning. The elevators are having some maintenance done on them, so this is a temporary situation. Luckily we also have 2 sets of stairs that can be used and it is only one flight down. As far as the key access for the building and elevators, that is for extra security. I think that you will find that this is very common on the island and elsewhere. As for the smallest bedroom, generally children stay in there, but our grown children and friends have stayed in there many times. We do provide 2 dressers in that room and there is a closet just outside in the hall if one is needed. But we are glad that you had a fabulous time anyway.

Everything we could have wanted - breathtaking sunset views

The common area of the building is beautiful and made me quite excited to open the door to our condo (though the door could use a fresh swipe of paint). We were pleasantly surprised that it not only lived up to our expectations, it exceeded them. We had a breathtaking view of the sunset over the Gulf every night and were just an elevator ride away from the sand. The smells from the Sunset Grille were tantalizing, and even though we were only on the 2nd floor, we were never disturbed by noise from the establishment. The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen had EVERYTHING, the bathrooms were updated....the only thing that would have made it more complete was having a beach cart to carry items to the beach. We were extremely pleased with the wall of sliding glass doors for entrance onto the deck - it made the whole condo feel so open, huge and inviting. We'll rent again!
