Colorado is our home and we have been coming up to Beaver Creek often since our honeymoon over 28 years ago. Our family has spent countless days here on the slopes and nights renting in different areas of Beaver Creek. We eventually bought this condominium because it was the perfect combination of location, amenities and luxury.

Don’t settle for a shuttle or long walk to get to the slopes. Our home is a true ski in and out condo located at the Alpine Club Condominiums. Walk down the secured hallway out the door and you are at the base of the lift.

This gorgeous condominium is perfect for those who want to be close to all the action, yet still enjoy the peace and quiet of a mountain escape. We live in Denver and come up to this home often. We do everything we can to make it as warm and comfortable as possible for you.

The open-plan property is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen, a large dining room and a spacious living room with a gas fireplace and large flat screen television. Each of the three bedrooms has its own dedicated bathroom, television and closet space. There is a fold out twin bed in the family room too. There are also two balconies with a BBQ grill and private locker in the garage for your skis.

The condo is on the 3rd floor (elevator accessible) and overlooks the pool. There is one reserved parking space in the garage under the building for our condo and other cars can be parked in an outdoor lot about 200 meters away.
