This townhouse sits at the water's edge in Ocean Pines, half a mile down the road from nightly dining and entertainment at the Ocean Pines Yacht Club and Marina. You'll be two miles southeast of White Horse Park and its recreation center and playground, a nine-mile drive from the Tanger Outlets, and 10 miles northwest of the wonderful beach, boardwalk, mini-golf courses, and amusement parks in Ocean City.

Excellent property. Great value. Clean property. A few minor wear and tear items found that need attention but I have had worst at Ritz Carlton.

Caution tape

We had to contact you before we could get into the house due to caution tape across steps to front door. We were never told why it was there. The inside was clean however, new toilet seats would be a huge improvement, all 3 are old and stained. The outdoor furniture needs cleaning and the enclosed porch was very uninviting due to needing new paint, the shed up against the side wall and you really could not see out the windows. You should leave instructions for using fireplace. Inside was a bit long in the tooth but, very clean.

DO NOT RENT THIS UNIT...EVER

This condo had filthy, disgusting conditions. We arrived to garbage bags in the driveway. All the cupboards were filled with dirty dishes and old, moldy leftover condiments. The utensils were caked with nasty, dried on dirt and I had to clean all the counters and dishes before use. The coffee pot was dirty from the last use and the refrigerator and microwave vents appear to have years of dust muck. The refrigerator ice maker is also broken. They used a plastic bag to tie cupboard doors closed. Every wall has unidentifiable splash stains as if there had been a huge party, and every air vent is coated in old dust. The sunroom windows are broken and screens ripped. The outdoor umbrella was busted in several places and unusable. The bunk ladder in one bedroom has a broken slat and my grandson nearly fell. The window slats in every room have broken slats. The floors and baseboards appear to never have been cleaned. The yard is infested with ants, so you cannot enjoy it, and the ants invade the kitchen nightly. None of the electric candles work and are just more dirt collectors. There is mold and mildew along the bottom of the shower and suspicious stains on the upstairs bathroom wall, as well as in a bedroom. The sliding doors to the porch and sunroom are impossible to open with one hand because the tracks are filled with grime and old lubricant. I read bad reviews on this rental, but then it seemed that the issues were resolved. I was never more wrong. Shame on this host.

Nice and not

Love the building/cottage/villa! Nice designed and furnished nicely. Unfortunately, some areas had not been cleaned. The hallway bathroom smelled of urine, the tables( both dining) had not been wiped, in left corner facing the sliding glass door I found dust bunnies and cob webs. Yikes! I went to pull in laptop and found it. :( Loved the view! Thanks anyway!
