Este piso térreo bonito localizado no coração de Sóller, perto da praça principal e todas as comodidades, tem dois quartos, 2 casas de banho, cozinha totalmente equipada e um agradável lounge com acesso a um grande pátio privado com área de jantar. O complexo apresenta uma espectacular piscina, jardim tropical e mediterrânea com palmeiras, árvores frutíferas e flores e uma pequena piscina para crianças, quadra de tênis, estacionamento privado ... Um ótimo lugar para passar suas férias em Mallorca!

Disappointing, overpriced, uncomfortable, unclean

So, first the positives: lovely location, friendly people in the apartment complex.

But this apartment is not really as advertised, nor is it as good as it looks in the photos. We were very sorry that we booked it for 2 weeks.

One review states there is a gas barbecue -there is none, the facilities list a dishwasher - there is none. I had email confirmation that there are sun loungers - there are none. There was no gas to cook with, or hot water, for the first 2 days. The wifi was unusable for the second week. The beds are of a very low standard and desperately uncomfortable. The main room is big and bright, but the sofas are old, uncomfortable, and draped - which conceals this in the photos.The kitchen and bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Especially the sink drains, and the floors. The dish drainer was pink with mildew, the bathroom accessories were black with mold. There were cigarette ends and dirty cups on the patio and windowsills. There was a bad smell coming from the bathrooms on and off, so you have to keep the doors closed. There is a worse smell outside the apartment (probably drains) - that is constant, and assaults you on your way too and from the pool. There were several patches of green stuff in the grouting of the pool, although was improved by the second week, after a pool man came.

We paid more for this apartment than any before. When on a two week holiday, you don't want to spend a lot of time chasing people with problems and complaints. You want to relax in privacy and comfort. We feel we deserve a partial refund.

Excellent and highly recommended

For our first ever visit to Majorca, I'm glad to say that we chose the perfect place to stay. The property and facilities were just as advertised as well as being clean and well maintained.

From the first, communication with and information from Mar was excellent, as was the support we enjoyed from Mar at the location. With private garage

The activities we enjoyed most whilst at the Apartment were the many walks in and amongst the mountains and small picturesque villages of the area.

The scenery is magnificent. Of course, the photos just can't do it justice. Mostly, we dined out at lunchtime and used the excellent gas BBQ in the evenings, dining by the terrace with a bottle of some excellent Majorcan wine. Another discovery for us!

Clean and pretty apartment,I really recommend 100%

We were looking for a place that was comfortable and relaxed in Soller. What we actually got was central, tranquil and so clean.

We think that being an apartment would be a bit noisy neighbors, but these are very quiet and the apartments are nothing noisy. The price is very cheap and the quality is very high.

Situated a short walk from the buzzing town square with numerous cafes, shops and an awesome church, the house proved to be the perfect base to explore the island.

Enough space for a group to socialize comfortably or for individuals to find a quiet spot to do their own thing. We made good use of the facilities. The pool is great and unbelievably clean, it may not be big enough to train for the swimming team but all you need to take a cooling dip or have some fun.

Serious cooks will not be disappointed with the kitchen and the covered outdoor dining area is perfect for long and lazy dinners with rather good local wine in abundance. However we did find an amazing restaurant just a few doors away in the same street with a great fine dining taster menu which was very reasonably priced.

The whole place is clean and fresh with high ceilings, massive windows and a grand staircase. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and well equipped.

We managed to walk to the local port and were surprised to find a lovely bay with good swimming beaches and plenty of nice restaurants. However if long walks are not your thing you can take the wooden tram from Soller which goes through the town to the port.

A day in Palma does not have to include the car as there is an amazing 100 year old wooden train that takes a winding mountain route from Soller to the centre of Palma throughout the day.

We found the owners to be so helpful during the booking process and feel that they delivered more than they claim.

A great trip and a house that we have already recommended to others.

Nicht schön !

Leider nicht so schön wie erhofft. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem neueren Mehrfamilienhaus , wo man allerdings alles hört (sehr hellhörig). Die Terrasse ist gefliest und ohne Bepflanzung, mit Plastikstühlen. Die Wohnung riecht nach künstlichen Blumen, auf einem Sofa konnte man gar nicht sitzen, die einzelbetten waren Klappbetten. Die Badezimmer waren schon abgewohnt, zum Pool (ohne Liegen oder sonst was) musste man durch den Gemeinschaftsflur und mehrere Gänge gehen. Der Pool war nicht gepflegt. Alles in allem nicht schön. Einzig positiv war die Nähe zum Supermarkt.

Fantastic house with large terrace.

Good location, near to town centre, supermarket and bakery across the road, underground parking beneath building. Wonderful large and sunny terrace, clean and well equiped, lovely pool and garden area.

one suggestion. A spare set of keys would have been helpful, as we could not go out seperatley, ie our teenager to the pool while we went in to town.
