Três itens: 1- Há uma linha de telefone padrão na unidade para seu uso - ambas chamadas locais e stateside estão disponíveis para você fazer. É de graça. 2 - Existe uma impressora multifuncional HP e vários acessórios de mesa no local por uma pequena configuração de mesa de escritório. É relativamente fácil de usar. 3 - Lavandaria pode ser organizado através de Sam Charles - ele é o gerente da unidade.

Amazing place, amazing views, amazing time!!!!

We enjoyed every minute of this rental. The owner was more then helpful with recommendations or anything else we could need. The location is perfect, 2 minutes from Red Hook and on the beach, just minutes from everything else, cabs were typically waiting up by the entrance. Everything was as advertised, beautiful views, pool and beach just a few steps away. Place is very clean and well stocked. Only bad part of the trip was when we had to leave. We will 100% be going back next year.

Best Location for us!

The condo is Saffire Village was perfect for our stay. The unit is very clean, a fresh remodel is evident and owner has plenty of towels/toys for the beach.

The condo is very close to red hook, so it is very quick drive to grab food or groceries. Car ferry is also very close if you are visiting other islands. Saffire Beach is around 15 minutes away from Megan's Bay Beach, which we enjoyed also.

The owner also offers a car rental which we did use. Best deal going for car rental.

Would rent this unit in the future!

Great location!

Stayed here for 7 days for our honeymoon. It was perfect! Loved sitting on the patio in the morning w/ coffee and being visited by the resident Iguana and small lizards. Having the ocean view right outside our door and the coral reef a short walk away was great! We went snorkeling, kayaking and paddle boarding right there! Having the car Chris provided for a small rental fee was nice for quick trips to Redhook for meals and groceries. We walked to Redhook once -NOT SAFE!! Roads are very narrow with no side walks. We took the ferry over to St John one day for lunch and a nice hike to Honeymoon beach. Didn't take the car but you can if you want to explore more of the island. The resort is rundown and in need of some updating but we had everything we needed and enjoyed every minute. The condo had everything we could want. Loved the big shower! Bed was awesome! Highly recommend this place!

The condo was excellent, the resort property could use more updates and maintainece

The condo was awesome,clean,cool decor,spectacular veiw,and location.could be stocked with more toilet paper when your there for 9days as we were ,but thats minor.the snorkeling on the reefs right off the beach was very good,some of the best ive done ,and i have done quite a bit,the wild life iguanas, crabs,lizards,birds,and a little duck that came to our patio every morning was so cool our 5 and 7 year old girls loved that and the pool,which was good but could be maintained with better water quality.the ocean beautiful colors and waves very soft,beach combing was fun theres some shells awesome coral and some seaglass.having the rental car from chris was a must and a excellent extra (thanks chris!) People at resort are super friendly its a community atmosphere. Our experience with chris and his condo was perfect, replies quickly to questions and concerns and condo was a pleasure to stay.if you have an island wide power failure as we did keep fridge,and condo closed up as much as possible,take the patio chairs,snacks and drinks 6feet out into the sand and listen to the ocean,and look at the thousands of stars it is an incredible and rare experience! Shopping, restaurants, are super close .the only suggestions i could give would be to the management of the resort would be to update and maintain it,the tennis courts not useable, parking lot is full of big holes and rough driving,and there is an abandoned building with the pool that looks like it was once a restaurant, bar,that is semi boarded up run down and access blocked by piled up old chairs.thats an eyesore and certainly takes away from the gorgeous area...but we just pretended it was an old pirate hide out...you know make lemonaid out of lemons..lol anyway my wife,my 2 girls 5&7 and myself had a wonderful, beautiful, family vacation,and are planning on returning next year or sooner....and that in its self speaks volumes because we love to go different locations for new experiences oh yeah for you snorkelers we swam with spotted eagle ray,Caribbean reef squid,trunk fish,barracuda, sting rays,small jelly fish out by the tip of the peninsula, and so many other fish,damsels,snapper,wrasse's,ect it was awesome FYI.thank you again to chris and all involved in making our vacation the best one yet!!!!!

We've been to St Thomas numerous times, and this trip was one of our absolute favorites. The location of the suite was just perfect, close to all amenities and the ferry to St. John. I would recommend this vacation destination to anyone and everyone. We're definitely going back again !

Beautiful unit, awesome view!

This is a relatively fresh renovation unit. The complex is a little run down, but this unit is very nice. The convenience of being able to walk out of your unit right onto the sand is fantastic, and the view is spectacular. You can see St Johns every day, and the British Virgin Islands in the background. It is located close to Red Hook, which has many dining options (we had pizza at Island Time Pub - which was fantastic, with a great view, and we had Italian at Pisano's which was very good.) It is also conveniently located near the ferry that takes you to St. Johns, and elsewhere. St. Johns is only $7 each way, and goes every hour on the hour. We spent a few days exploring St Johns, as it was so convenient to get to. There is also a taxi area on the grounds of the association. The majority of the time there were taxi's waiting there, or only a short wait until one arrived. And we went during the "off" season - the week of Memorial Day. I would definitely recommend the unit, and the Islands are a hidden jewel in the Caribbean.

The owner offers a vehicle for rental - we didn't take him up on the offer. In retrospect, it may have been a good idea. The taxi's are always available, but run $10 (with tip) each way for two people to get into Red Hook, and get more expensive the further you go. If you intend to explore the island, definitely take them up on the Car. You cannot really walk into Red Hook. I am a runner, and the issue isn't distance. The issue is the streets are narrow, lots of curves (you become hidden to the drivers until last second) and there are NO sidewalks here. A dirt trail runs a portion of the distance to Red Hook, but it is very narrow, and doesn't avoid all the curves and blind spots. If you don't have a car, you will need to take taxi's.
