The heater in the second room didn’t work. The toilet I. The middle room didn’t flush well. Not enough toilet paper. Other than that everything was fine.

Really nice condo and location
The condo and property were great. The layout of the condo was excellent for our two couples. I thank the property owners for a nice condo. That's where the niceness ends. First, there were no dish towels or wash cloths for the fully equipped kitchen and some other items that were not right or as represented. The condo is in Utah. After two calls to Turnkey, the property managers who is in Denver explaining the isses, they said they would get right on our issues. Well I finally got a local call the next day and the delivered some dish towels later that evening which didn't help much since we had to check out the next morning. Other unacceptable and unresolved issues were: Two of the three TVs were completely disabled from the Dishnet satellite system. They said we had access to the exercise room and equipment, however the room was locked and we were not given any access code. There was no dishwasher soap provided. No parking pass for second vehicle was provided as quoted. Dirty/greasy mess under kitchen sink in left side cupboard. Soiled bed spread in easterly bedroom.
Bottom line great property, poor property managers. Place was not up to par for amenities and cleanliness and responding to issues.

MY VACATION TIME WAS SPENT CONTACTING TURNKEY TO TURN UP THE HEAT
The property manager was very unhelpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.
We rented this property, and it was 3 units side by side that opened up to each other - each with it's own furnace. #1 was a master bedroom bath unit with bath/ #2 a kitchen and living room/#3 was another bedroom and bath. All units were 52 degrees when we checked in. Literally. We wore parkas. I informed the management company TURNKEY of the loss of heat. They asked me troubleshooting questions - is the fan on AUTO, did I turn up the temperature (Yes to both) and on and on. We left for awhile in hopes it would be warm after turning up the temp to 78.. Still 52 degrees. So again, I reached out to TURNKEY. They offer a TEXT assistance, not a phone number. They NEVER offered a resolution as they still tried to repeat the troubleshooting. They acted as if it were normal to have a rental at 52 degrees. I expected the rental to at least have heat and I told them that I was not an HVAC expert, and they needed to send one in. By this time it was 9 p.m. The HVAC tech would be there in 20 minutes they said. We waited. I again reached out to TURNKEY. The tech had been knocking on the door of the last unit and had been waiting and on the phone with TURNKEY. They did not call to let us know! The tech informed us all 3 furnaces were turned off as was the fireplace. The 3rd unit's furnace was in a locked room and the tech had no key. With no heat in that bedroom, we had to forego having our family with us for the weekend!! I could go ON and ON, but in the end, After 7 hours of waiting, we finally had HEAT in the first two units. Since the furnace was inaccessible and not functioning in unit 3, we asked for a refund - we only used 2/3 of the rental due to no heat. TURNKEY texted me back the next day to offer a $5 refund (Paid over $500 rent/tax for two nights for the rental). I was quite unhappy - I had spent a good amount of time to get a resolution and it was a weekend getaway. I called the toll free number and asked for a manager. The manager c

Great winter escape and skiing homebase!
The rental was exactly as described -- 3 connected units including two master bedrooms, living room, and kitchen, complete with cooking supplies and dinnerware. With expansive mountain views from the back porch and only a 20 minute drive from downtown Park City, it was an ideal place to stay for our skiing vacation.
The property managers were great at communicating all entry & departure procedures and were very responsive to any questions that we had as guests.
I highly recommend choosing this unit at the Lodge at Stillwater for a picturesque weekend escape!

- Spacious with room for a group, but privacy for all
- Stunning views
- Good location, a short drive to Park City
- On-site pro shop
- Gas fireplace
- Good communication throughout booking and stay
- Some toiletries were empty upon arrival, hand soap, body wash, etc.
- Furniture / decor slightly worn and dated, lightbulbs cold & industrial
- HOT TUBS were CLOSED with no advance notice or explanation :(
