The cabin also has two large decks for you to take in the outdoors while enjoying your morning coffee, reading a book, or lying on a blanket to watch for shooting stars at night.

Serene Lakes is near to many outdoor winter activities: cross-country skiing at Royal Gorge and downhill at Soda Springs, Boreal, Sugar Bowl, or Donner Ski Ranch. Or just strap on your snowshoes and take a walk around Serene Lakes. In the summer, hiking trails abound in the neighborhood and the lakes and beach at Serene Lakes are a hub of fun activity. You are less than 15 minutes away from Truckee and 30 minutes from Lake Tahoe.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
