Se você está procurando o mais bonito, lugar romântico do mundo isso pode ser isso! Esta é uma das poucas unidades do condomínio Puu Poa com a ideia icónica "Bali Hai". Nosso condomínio fica na beira de um penhasco, com vista para o mar cheio de água e montanhas brancas desobstruídas que são muito bonito de se acreditar.
O condomínio (# 311) enfrenta oeste, pôr do sol tão espectaculares sobre o Oceano Pacífico são a norma. O condomínio em si é enorme, mais de 1800 metros quadrados de espaço de vida interior, com o seu próprio adicional de 22 pés por 18 pés va ao ar livre. Há também uma enorme marquise fechada que realmente lhe permite desfrutar de todos os chuveiros tropicais. É personalizado decorado em estilo havaiano retro com muitos toques do artista original, belos azulejos italiano e mármore e granito por toda parte. O banheiro principal foi submetido a uma remodelação completa Outubro de 2005.
Puu Poa é o condomínio de luxo premier / view no North Shore de Kauai!
We went to Kauai to celebrate our 5th anniversary and wanted something relaxing with plenty of outdoor activities. This beautiful condo provided that and more! We really loved the North Shore location — beautiful views and within 10 minutes of great restaurants and beaches in Hanalei. The sunset views from the lanai were amazing; it's also a great place to watch nearby snorkelers, kayakers and surfers. The condo had everything we needed; we cooked dinner a few nights during our stay and had breakfast there every day.
We really enjoyed our vacation and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this condo. We hope to be back again in the near future!
My family & I stayed at Mark's villa for a week in August. This villa is well appointed with many amenities (gourmet kitchen stocked with essentials to get you started - coffee, etc; Sonos speaker; beach chairs; snorkel gear; library of books to read, etc). Having A/C for the unit was also a plus.
The views of Bali Hai and the ocean below were breathtaking. I have countless pictures of rainbows and sunsets!!
The condo's location is also desirable as you can walk down to hideaways beach (Note - This is a natural path that is steep in places but there are railings / ropes to guide you along. It can be done by most anyone from 6 to 60 as long as you take your time). And being a few minutes away from Hanalei was a plus.
Overall, a fantastic unit that I would stay at again next time we are in Kauai. Thanks Mark!
This is our seventh year staying at Puu Poa and our first in #405. Mark is great, very responsive to emails and questions. The owners are aware of the Atrium Leak and are working on it. The kitchen is well equipped. The Master bed and pillows were very comfortable. Constructive feedback: The cleaning of the unit is superficial, that is, items are not moved and when we were vacuuming, we decided after moving one of the tables not to move other items (dead insects discovered); the BBQ is more of a Hibachi; the Lanai needs to have a deep cleaning, and the beach towels need to be replaced, could not remove the sour smell if with downy added to wash. These are minor concerns. My overall rating would be Very Good on the unit. Again, great owners!
Mark and Lynn's condo was just perfect. From the view from the balcony to the chef's kitchen, everything exceeded our expectations for their place. The beach below the condo was so beautiful, we didn't feel the need to explore any of the other world class beaches on the island. You can't go wrong renting this place.

We had a wonderful week ion Pronceville. The place was outstanding and the view was second to none. Would definitely liked to have spent another week.....5 Stars all the way.
