Great location, great condo, great owner
We stayed at this location for a week. When we arrived, the owner came by to greet us as we were earlier than the expected check-in time. The condo was pretty much ready to move in at that time. She was there to welcome us and show us around the condo
Nicole was always available in case we needed her. She was a great owner
The condo was very clean and had everything that was listed in the advertisement
The condo location in the city is near perfect and the condo itself is modern with plenty of amenities. The condo building is modern with concierge services that were always available and pleasant to deal with
It was a quiet floor and the surrounding of the apartment were not noisy at all even though it was right in downtown. So if peace and quiet is your thing, than this condo will be your place
I would without a doubt stay at this condo again, and hopefully will be staying there again in the future
Convenient location, fantastic views
Yes - the photos are real! The views from this apartment are fantastic. This is a great place for enjoying everything that Panama City has to offer. Nicole met us on arrival, showed us around the apartment and made sure we could connect to the wifi - which was good and reliable. The apartment was clean and spacious, with everything you might need on a vacation. The building as a whole is secure (with helpful door staff) and clean, including the social areas (pools, gym etc.). On a weekday afternoon, we had the pool area largely to ourselves. The surrounding area has a convenience store and a good variety of restaurants, and the waterfront walking trail is right across the street. We had no trouble hailing taxis to take us further afield. I noted the comments of a previous reviewer about the drawers in the master bathroom closet area - yes, they could do with some attention, but there is so much hanging and shelving space that we didn't even need to use them, so whatever. We had a minor incident with some red wine, and we worked out a fair payment for the cleaning with Nicole. There are some people who might have used this as an excuse to keep the full security deposit, so I thought I would share our experience as a positive point.
SPECTACULAR VIEW, NOT SO SPECTACULAR LANDLORD
Million dollar views from 3 balconies on the 46th floor! Large rooms.
Upon our arrival the apartment was very dirty. So much so that we asked for an immediate refund. We were about to check into a hotel. The landlord explained she a debutant in the rental industry and guaranteed she'd have it cleaned the following day. The next day it took 2 men 6 hours to clean the place.
The advertisement for the apt. Is not accurate as there are only two pools on the 'social floor'. It was stated there was patio furniture on the balconies. This was important to us as the majority of our time is spent oudoors. The landlord guaranteed we'd have a new set the following Monday of our stay. We wasted another day of our vacation waiting for the patio set that never arrived. Thirteen days later it finally arrived.
The condo is dated and at the least needs a paint job. The tiled floors need to be re grouted and some of the built in closet in the master bedroom bathroom requires repair. Balboa Avenue, the street the condo is located is a very busy, noisy street and thus It's quite noisy in the condo!
As if the above were not bad enough, the landlord tried to extort an additional $500.00USD from us during the third week of our stay. She harassed and threatened us, calling us 'low life's' and accusing us of smoking in her condo.
This landlord is a flighty, scary person and her condo is just not worth the money.
This is extremely so lie. The apartment was clean but the client wanted the windows outside the apartment cleaned.. as it is in a 46th floor I had to send people to clean it because is a dangerouse job to do.
Beside this the clients where really happy they even wrote me in the messages that they wanted to rerent the place again.
The apartment is not noisy at all. It is in a very high floor and its quite.
I did had a missunderstood with them and it was the canadien dollar and us dollars. They told me they will pay in canadien dollars as I didnt understood received much less the amount of rent and lost around $500.
Beside this everything was fine. Please read the messages he wrote me before saying he wanted to rerent the place and was extremely happy.
