Our main aim besides providing our tenants with comfortable accommodation service is providing them with the highest level of security and protection, and since we have been in the business since 1990, we became aware with the requirements that our Foreign companies needs such as; 24/7 armed Security, Surveillance Cameras, Fire Alarm systems, and we provide them all, and we also don’t allow garages under the units, restaurants or shops, and despite that we have license to open them, we don’t allow this kind of business despite the good money cause all we care about is providing our tenants with the serenity and quiescence they expect,
Our compound is considered one of the most secured place in the area as every inch in the resort is monitored by security cameras,
You will also observe that no commercial places or public garages are near the resort to insure the safety of our expats, and in case of emergencies; we have rooms available for our companies security teams.
