Amalfi Coast A108 3Bed/3Bath condo has been renovated. From new furniture, granite tops and top of the line appliances. Amalfi Coast A108 is a 1800sf very spacious condo that overlooks two pools, fire pit and the beautiful, maintained grounds That has plenty of room for kids to roam safely. Step off your private 56' patio for easy access to two pools (one seasonally heated), Just steps from the patio to the sugar white sandy beach, seasonal fire pit and Beach Access with restrooms. Amalfi also has a full exercise room, two tennis courts, pickleball, basketball court many Charcoal grills on premises. Also, private grill on patio. Not to mention the 8 acres of green area to walk around in. Plenty of parking and close to anything you may need. A108 sleeps six, 3 bedrooms: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. Everyone has their own bed and bathroom. This is a perfect place for a family vacation. During the months of April - October we provide two beach chairs and umbrella at the beach, Set up for you to enjoy. Also, a great place for a snowbirds to meet people and use all the amenities. You are minutes away from restaurants, golf, grocery store and retail specialty stores. And of course, the BEACH and your Chairs and umbrella (seasonal) is less than a 30 Second walk from the main gate to the gazebo and the sandy beach. The grounds are immaculate and are all gated. You won't find a nicer well maintained greener 8 acres around Miramar Beach. Amalfi Coast is all about convenience and having what you need to enjoy your stay. We will do all we can to make that happen.
And the large patio at 108 is just steps to the main gate, And the Gazebo to the beach is just steps from there.
The NEW beach access has handicap ramp that is also great for hauling down your wagon. Also, a wash station and bathrooms that are cleaned daily.

Gorgeous Condo, perfect spring break holiday

This ground floor condo is extremely clean and nicely furnished. The appliances are very modern, the kitchen well stocked with dishes, cooking utensils, coffee pots, and silverware. The 3 bedrooms are very comfortable, each with it's own bathroom which was perfect for our family of 6. The huge patio is a highlight, we spent much of our time outdoors, cooking out or just sitting with a book. There are 3 tables and lots of chairs for relaxing. The 2 pools are very close to the condo, one was heated which was nice in March. The Gulf and beach are across the street just steps from the condo. It would be hard to find a prettier beach. The owner also provided 2 beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach which was super nice and convenient. Our end of March stay had temperatures of 68-75 degrees and the Gulf was cool, but it was a perfect spring break with lots of Florida sunshine. Highly recommend this condo. The entire complex is pristine with pickle ball courts, basket ball courts, a pond, and the 2 pools. Many of the condos on the beach were under construction, this complex is beautiful. Being on the ground floor was an added advantage because there is instant access to the walkways to the pools and beach. You won't be disappointed. The owner is VERY responsive and answered our initial questions promptly.

Wonderful Experience - Family Friendly

This was one of the most relaxing stays we could have asked for. The property was beautiful and well kept. Everything was labeled to make everything as easily accessible as possible. It was perfect for having a child with us. The property manager was very attentive in checking in with us throughout the stay and making sure everything went a smooth as possible. Hope to be spending more summer vacations here in the future!

We have stayed several times at this resort (it’s hands down our favorite place and area) and this is the best condo there! We had 6 adults and plenty of room! Such a huge deck and it was great having a grill. Everything was as described and impeccable! Highly recommend!!

Miramar Beach!

First time to stay in Miramar, we absolutely loved it. The condo was awesome. We had 4 teenagers with us and the layout of the condo couldn’t have been any better. Denise left no stones unturned to make sure everything is there to make the stay comfortable. Awesome balcony with beach access as well. Highly recommend this unit.

Can’t Wait to Return!

Very clean and spacious condo with all the necessary amenities. Very short walk to the beach and pool. Other reviewers mention it but the patio is great! Overall there was plenty of room for all of us. The communication with the owner was fantastic! Extremely responsive and easy to work with. You will not find a more helpful host that will make sure you have everything you need and more. When we return to Miramar Beach/Destin areas there will be no need to look for other rentals… this is the one! Just book it! You will not be disappointed.

We are from Ohio, and have been coming to Miramar Beach since 2008. We love the white sandy beaches. We purchased our first 1 bedroom condo iat Amalfi n 2015.
Loved it so much so we bought 108 the three bedroom so the whole family can stay here. we have two boys and 3 grandchildern. There is pleanty room here and the large gated deck is nice for the grandkids.

Its all about relaxing and convenience. From the time you pull into to Amalfi. Its just steps to A108 And you will be amazed of the grounds. We supply beach service during season. Two pools one heated. Exercise room with up to date equipment. Nice fish pond for kids to feed the fish. (bring your bread from home for the fish). Many grills on premises (charcoal). We have a private gas grill on the deck for you to use. Large gas firepit right off patio. Bathroom close to pool area. Tennis courts (lighted) with basketball hoops. Bring your bikes if you can many bike racks. or rent them for the week.
