Estamos muito animado para ver que você está interessado em nosso condomínio. Nossa família ama Angel Fire, não só no inverno, quando nós pode esquiar, mas durante todo o ano, quando podemos ter a chance de ir para passeios de mountain bike, caminhadas, quatro wheeling e apenas relaxar.

Nosso condomínio é a casa longe de casa. Quando você ficar no nosso condomínio estamos confiantes de que você vai encontrá-lo para ser uma experiência agradável e você vai querer voltar. Snowfire Condos está localizado a apenas duas quadras dos teleféricos de esqui.

Great Spring Break!

Perfect location for a great spring break! We arrived at the condo to find everything in order. It was clean, well appointed & comfortable for our family of six. I had a question about internet access & was able to contact the owner, very quickly. She referred me to a 3-ring binder that was left for guests. The binder is full of information about the condo, check-in & check-out, Angel Fire resort info, local restaurants, etc. We cooked most of our own meals & had plenty of cookware, utensils, plates, cups, etc. The local grocery is a 2-minute drive, as are plenty of local restaurants & shops.

We were pleased to be so close to the slopes (only 2 blocks away), but we opted to take a shuttle to & from the resort. The shuttle cost is $1/day per rider and it runs every 30 minutes or so. Ask your driver about a 12-ride punch card for $10. Friendly drivers, pick-up right in front of the condo & drop-off at the resort. Take the shuttle & keep it easy.

We enjoyed our stay & will definitely be staying again. The owner is easy to work with and very responsive. I can't say enough good things about our stay. We are looking forward to coming back!

Alright if you're not spending too much time there

If you just need a place to crash at night after a long day of hitting the slopes then this place is alright to stay. Other than that it needs a lot of repair. Power was out multiple times almost every night in the whole complex so bring candles and a lighter. There is a reason the clocks constantly flash and don't rely on them as an alarm clock. The shower faucets are corroded and therefore difficult to get the temperature set. It is either scorching hot or ice cold. Be very careful if you have young ones. The furniture is very tight in this unit so good luck getting through the front door.

They don't note that there is a charge for the shuttle bus that visits this unit for travel both ways so bring cash. Walking is within means if you're not wearing ski boots.

The complex has a nice setting and is pretty with the trees but there is a reason this is one of the cheaper ones we found. Definitely needs some serious updating and care.

Resposta do proprietário: When I saw this review I was completely shocked. I want to address these issues. First, I can't control the electric company and power outages. When the guests called me the night the power went out (which I was told only once for a couple of minutes) I asked him to let me know if it was the whole complex or just my condo. I needed to know this so I could address the issue properly. He told me he was not going to go outside to see if other lights were on because it was too cold outside. I do have windows and he didn't even try looking out the window. In the mix of trying to figure things out the electricity was restored. I never heard back from him again so I figured all was fine. As far as the hot water, you adjust the knob just like you would in your own home. The shuttle, I talk to lots of people about transportation to and from the lifts. Things change and I'm not notified of every change in transportation. I can help as much as possible but some things you might need to research before your trip. I've never had a complaint about that before. When it comes to my rate, I try to keep my rates in line with other property owners not property management companies. My rates are going to be lower than property management companies because I manage it on my own. I do this so I can know what it going on at my condo and so that my guests can contact me when need be. I'm in Texas but I have a wonderful housekeeper and handyman who help me keep my condo a nice place year round. Unfortunately, I can't make everyone happy and in this case I thought my guest was happy since he never communicated his issues with me prior to writing his review. When I tried to contact him to discuss his review and the issues he had I never heard back.

Wonderful family friendly condo

We stayed here a month with our 2 kids at the time. It was the perfect condo for the family. the porch opens up onto a great play area for the kids.

Angel Fire condo

Really enjoyed the condo. Wish the WiFi would have been working for us. Next time I will bring my own sheets. Well furnished. Shuttle was real convenient. Nice folks to rent from. Look forward to our next trip and would love to stay here again.

Spring Break 2010

Condo was perfect for our family. Short walk to the slopes - great hill behind condos for sledding with the kids too! The Condo was very clean and everything was in working order. Plenty of dishes, utensils, etc to cook meals in the evening after a long day of skiing. Bedrooms were very comfortable too - nicely decorated and plenty of space to unpack so we could settle in for our stay. We are looking forward to Spring Break 2011.
