We have several families that come back year after year and have made "The Palms" their home away from home in Morro Bay. We are so fortunate to have them as our honored clientele!

This home is an upscale, single-story, pet-friendly vacation rental located on the beachside of Pacific Coast Highway. It has 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths, and can accommodate up to 6 people comfortably.

We are dog lovers and welcome your fur babies. Pet fees apply and are per dog, per day.. Our property is very close to Cayucos Dog Beach (a 3-minute drive or a 10-minute walk) where your dogs can run off-leash and have fun in the surf! Please note the beach directly in front of our home is not dog-friendly. If you are looking for a beautifully appointed vacation rental that is “Pet-Friendly”, you will not be disappointed!

We are owner-managed and operated and take pride in sharing our home. We have gone to great lengths to make “The Palms” feel like home with high-end accommodations. Cleanliness and customer service are two qualities that are the highest on our list. Also, we always appreciate suggestions on how we can improve our property to make it a fantastic place to return. We have new updates every year and some of the best ideas come from our guests!


Please note our cleaning fees include our home & hot tub. During the summer months and specific holidays, we require a 6-7 night minimum, however, during the fall, winter & spring months we offer 3-night minimum stays.

If you are looking for a UPSCALE single-story, PET-FRIENDLY vacation home that is on the BEACHSIDE of HIGHWAY 1, you have found us! We are a hidden gem because we are in a small beach tract neighborhood and live in a CUL DE SAC which is great for families with little ones.

Hot tub under the stars, ping pong table, great room with open floor plan, and pet-friendly. Our “coveted beach tract” property is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home located on the WEST side (beachside) of Pacific Coast Highway.

'THIS HOUSE WAS PERFECT! It was beautiful, comfortable, and had all the amenities. The house was CLEAN, WELL MAINTAINED, and stocked with many necessities. It is a quick walk to my favorite beach and a short drive downtown. Besides the location of the house, one of my other favorite things was the HOT TUB in the backyard; sitting there at night relaxing and looking at the gorgeous stars. Yet I think the guys in our group would say the best thing about it was the HUGE FLAT SCREEN TV, wireless Internet connection, and the ping pong table! Regardless of what each one of us liked best, there was something for everyone! My friends could NOT STOP TALKING ABOUT WHAT A GREAT FIND the house was. I MUST HAVE LOOKED AT ABOUT 100 HOMES ON THE WEB AND I'M SO GLAD WE DECIDED ON THE PALMS! I would recommend this property to everyone! The Palms is now one of MY NEW FAVORITE places if you are lucky enough to stay there I am sure you will enjoy it as much as we did!!'

'The Palms in Morro Bay was the PERFECT GET_AWAY RETREAT for our family holiday!! From walks on the beach, relaxing jigsaw puzzles in front of the large screen TV, open plan entertaining including patio dinners smores over the fire pit, and a relaxing soak in the hot tub under the stars, it was a wonderful change of pace for our busy family!! A great place for our busy family to gather midway between San Francisco and Pasadena for casual, comfortable family time!! The property was BEAUTIFULLY DECORATED, CLEAN, AND VERY COMFORTABLE. The BEDS and bedding were luxurious and lovely!! The kitchen was well appointed with all we needed for family cooking and entertaining! The owner was very helpful and welcoming and able to answer all our questions. The Palms is beautifully furnished with dual pane windows, Mexican tile flooring, and an open and airy floor plan. Our home sleeps 6 people comfortably. The master bedroom contains a California King bed and is complete with its private flat-screen TV and bathroom. The 2nd & 3rd bedrooms have queen beds and the living room has a queen sofa sleeper.

There are two beautifully designed bathrooms complete with custom tiled showers. This home has a wonderfully large open kitchen / great room with granite countertops and lots of fun kitchen accessories that you will enjoy for our guests who love cooking.

For your entertainment, we have 2 large flat-screen TVs and very fast high-speed wireless internet. In addition, we have a ping-pong table, carom board, lots of books, games, puzzles, and videos. In the backyard, there is a patio table, private hot tub, and fire pit for your relaxation under the stars.

You will also find lots of added touches that will make your stay at The Palms in Morro Bay very comfortable. Little details that make you feel pampered on your vacation.

So many wonderful things to do during your stay: visit Hearst Castle which is just 30 minutes north, search the tide pools for seashells, horseback ride on the beach, or go bird watching at our beautiful wildlife estuary.

If you are a wine lover you can take a wine-tasting tour at one of our many world-renowned wineries in Paso Robles and for the golfers, don't forget we have many championship golf courses where you can hone your golfing skills for your next tournament.

Enjoy short jaunts to San Luis Obispo for shopping or Cayucos and Cambria for antiquing or live theater, or just have fun in the sun kayaking, whale watching, and enjoying the breathtaking views and natural beauty of The Central Coast.

To reserve our home you must be over 25 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. In some cases, it may be possible to grant an earlier check-in or later check-out depending on the booking and maintenance schedule.
