Our apartment is situated high up on a hillside, but still walking distance to the beach at the western end of the Cefalu beach. Its position provides stunning views across the sea. Indeed, you can see the sea sitting in bed in the main bedroom (see one of the photos). It is possible to watch the sun set over the sea and distant peninsulas from all the rooms. The apartment is bright, cool and peaceful. It is the top apartment in a block of four and has its own south facing small garden.

The property is in a private complex served by a private road and is therefore very peaceful, away from the noise of the busy Cefalu town and its roads. The apartment has its own parking bay in front of the property (bay number 4).

The property is new and has just been furnished to a high standard. The large living room/kitchen area has a large fitted kitchen with large fridge/freezer, gas hob, extractor, electric oven and dishwasher. The living room has a large screen HD TV and multimedia system, including Blu-ray DVD and sound system. The apartment is equipped with a dedicated Wi-Fi network (unlimited). The living area includes a large leather sofa and a dining table that can expand to seat 8.

The main bedroom has a large wardrobe with ample storage and the bed in the second bedroom can be extended to a double bed. [The extra mattress for this bed is stowed in the storage space under the bed in the main bedroom.] The bathroom features a powerful shower and a washing machine is situated next to the bathroom.

The private garden behind the apartment is a suntrap for breakfast. A number of fruit trees have recently been planted. A patio has recently been built in the garden providing views of the coastline and a place for sun-bathing.

The apartment provides an excellent setting for relaxing – away from the bustle of the town. It is possible to walk down to the beach but you’ll need to be pretty fit to walk back – because it is mostly a steep incline uphill! A car is considered essential for your stay, particularly if you’d like to explore the beautiful countryside up in the Madonie mountains and beyond.
