Come and experience over 600 ft of our PRIVATE PRISTINE BEACH and Crystal Clear Pool while staying at the Newest Oceanside Condo (Built 2015) in this area of Atlantic Beach! Hear the crashing waves and gaze at the Carolina Dunescape from your couch! Just 50 steps outside your unit to feel the sand between your toes! Our SECLUDED BEACH offers you the enjoyment of quiet strolls, shelling, sunbathing, and sunset walks. There is a Coastal Bike Path for jogging, bike rides, and walking. Watch Sun, Surf & Sand Vacation Rentals presents Ocean Sands on YT.

Our guests' safety and comfort are our number one priority and the space is professionally cleaned and thoroughly sanitized before your stay. There is no "shared air" as there is no enclosed lobby and the unit has an individual wall mounted a/c. This is a SMOKE-FREE Oceanside Complex. The aerial photo shows how close you will stay to the beach as well as the location of your space within the building.

This studio unit is located on the 1st Floor of the Oceanside of the complex. Due to the height of the extensive North Carolina Dunes, the unit has a "DUNES VIEW' and NOT a direct ocean view. The unit interior boasts a queen bed, a full size futon, a kitchenette w/ appliances, flat screen TV, and WiFi. Perfect for couples, singles, and families with small children. An Outdoor Pool, 3 Charcoal BBQ Grills, 2 Gazebos, and a fish cleaning station are available to guests.

There is no daily maid service but towel swap outs can be arranged for $10 upon request (paid directly to the cleaning service). There is a coin operated laundry room on site for longer stay guests.

Secure Complimentary WiFi is provided for your convenience. Many local eateries/shops are within walking distance. Dollar General is across the street. Food Lion is just a mile away. Additional restaurants, a movie theater, and a shopping center are a short drive away.

Perfect getaway for a romantic weekend, or a family retreat ...watch dolphins splash from the oceanside gazebo ... don’t miss the sunset over the ocean waves .... stroll the sandy beach ... build a sandcastle with the kids ... surf cast for one of the many varieties of fish in our ocean waters ... watch surfers hang ten.... Jet-ski or Parasail ... take a jog, or ride your bike on the new Atlantic Beach bike trail ... enjoy the ride on the new Cape Lookout ferry... check out the wild Spanish ponies of Shackleford Banks.... take the kids to the new Atlantic Beach recreation park for mini golf... and don't forget the fantastic NC Aquarium!

Little gem on the beach

Great location! My family of 4 stayed here for 2 nights while in town to visit family and it was perfect. Great location, beautiful beach with easy access. Yes, it was a little snuggly for us but little time was spent in the room. Thanks for a great beach getaway!

Fall escape

Although listed as waterfront, which it was, a huge woody berm blocked any view of the ocean. Next time, I will stay on the second floor.

This is a Brand New First floor unit built in May, 2015. It is located on the Ocean side of the building and boasts a Dunes View as seen from the pictures. It's truly beachfront, it's affordable, the people are very friendly, and the Location is Fantastic! This beach condo has everything you need to make your summer vacation, or your weekend get-away a memorable experience.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

You just can't beat rolling out of bed, and in a few steps planting your feet into the warm, soft Atlantic Beach sand! Staying on the beach is the way to go! There is no need to worry about crossing busy roads, or paying for parking, etc..

And for those of you with kids, well there are many activities for them as well. There is a large green lawn area, so if they get tired of playing on the beach, they can kick the soccer ball, play horseshoes, or whatever activity sparks their interest. Atlantic Beach just opened a wonderful beach park with a miniature golf course and many other activities.

So regardless if you are vacationing for a week, or getting away for the weekend, come stay at my place, and please make it your own! I know you are going to have a fantastic time!
