Perfect for a couples retreat or a family. Whole house is Equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing escape, 2 kitchens , 2 laundry areas, 2 living rooms. Perfect for the whole family!! WiFi, satellite TV and so much more. Come and feel right at home when you stay at Frannys Home!

We have the whole home available for rent. Or you may just rent one side. (600 sq ft per side)
$80 per side
$160 for entire home

*Each duplex offers 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, Full kitchen, dining room table and living room.
*Side A : King Bed, day bed and love seat.
*Side B: queen bed, Hide-A-Bed

Cute house in the country

We spends lots of time in Billings but we normally stay with family. This was a great option for us to have our own space but be near our family. The place was clean and spacious. I think we would have enjoyed the decks more if the weather was a bit warmer but maybe next time.

Not What I Expected

I will start by saying that our host was fairly responsive throughout the time. I was disappointed by a few different things. First off, the host mentioned that they would reach out with check-in details closer to the check-in time. I hadn't heard from them until less than 24 hours before, so I reached out at that point. I then saw that it was a 10 o clock check-out time. I was in town for my wedding and was hoping to get dressed at the house in the morning, realized this was not going to be possible with such an early checkout (my mistake for not noticing) and asked for a later checkout time. The host told me that would not be ok because of the cleaners. At this point, I didn't have the option to cancel and rebook. The following day, after the reservation had already begun, the host reached out and said that I could cancel free of charge. Obviously, I was unable to do this because of the timing, but the offer was nice enough. I sent my friend to the address on the reservation to check-in because he had a 16 hour drive and needed to freshen up before the rehearsal dinner. He got to the address and there was a man in the front yard. As it turned out, the address was to the wrong house. The host messaged me after this and told me, "Oh sorry, the address is wrong on the reservation." The lawn wasn't cared for, mowed, etc. Also, the host asked me multiple times leading up to the booking about whether or not we could control ourselves and not be loud and rowdy because of the neighbors. This house is on a 3 acre property without another neighbor in the vicinity. The issue with a later checkout was due to "the cleaners being on a tight schedule." The host required that we washed, dried, and put away our own dishes, took the trash out, started the laundry, and essentially cleaned the property ourselves. I was disappointed by this house, overall, but if you're looking for a very small place in the middle of nowhere, it's a decent option.

Perfect Hideaway

We used to live in the Springfield area, and came in town to visit friends for the Memorial Day weekend. This is a perfect little hideaway, close to Springfield but you still were able to enjoy the quietness of the country. Your also about 30 minutes to Branson, and an hour away from Laura Ingalls homestead.
