Welcome to Land of Oz!

This condo is about 1 mile north of Bryant-Denny Stadium (20 minutes walking)! Land of Oz is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo that can sleep up to 6 guests! The condo has stunning views of the Black Warrior River that can be enjoyed on the outdoor patio!

The kitchen overlooks the living room and there are 4 barstools at the counter to enjoy breakfast! The kitchen has all the equipment you may need to create a delicious meal or game day appetizers! The main living area has plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy! You can spend time on the gorgeous patio that overlooks the river. Outside there is comfy seating and a dining table, along with a gas grill and propane fire-pit table and TV!

The first bedroom has a king bed and attached bathroom with a double vanity sink and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has a king bed with an attached bathroom that has a walk-in shower. The final bedroom has a queen bed. All three bedrooms have their own TV.

Parking: Please note that this unit only has 1 designated parking pass. Any extra cars will have to park in overflow parking. Overflow parking is not guaranteed and available on a first come first serve basis.

There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.

*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.

*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*

*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
