Completamente remodelado e localizado a apenas 2 quarteirões da Main Street e do outro lado da rua do Parque Carter e da paragem de transporte gratuito. Esta casa tem uma sensação de cabine, mas com todos os confortos. Um local perfeito que lhe permite caminhar para todos os restaurantes e lojas. O teleférico na base do Peak 9 é apenas uma caminhada de 5 minutos!

Além de sua excelente localização, esta casa é espaçoso e bem mobilado. A sala tem uma nova HDTV de tela plana e uma nova lareira a gás quente. Um grande deck complementa a sala de estar superior e possui uma Jacuzzi Hot Tub. A cozinha completa tem tudo que você pode precisar incluindo novas bancadas em granito e um forno duplo. Ao lado da cozinha encontra-se o pequeno-almoço recanto e ao lado da cozinha é a sala de jantar.

O quarto principal, localizado no nível principal, tem uma cama king size e uma televisão. A casa de banho grande, completa com banheira / ducha está localizado ao lado do quarto principal no nível principal.

Lá embaixo você vai encontrar a quartos 2 e 3, um com 2 camas queen size e outro com uma rainha e uma cama de solteiro. A segunda casa de banho completa também está localizado no térreo. Também localizado no piso térreo está a sala de entretenimento com uma mesa de bilhar, uma outra TV e um muito confortável sofá-cama queen size memória espuma / cama em caso de necessidade de acomodar mais pessoas. Esta casa muito acessível e acolhedor pode acomodar até 11 convidados e inclui acesso gratuito à banda larga wi-fi internet!

Great Family Trip

We were lucky enough to find this house to host our first family vacation in many years.

Its cozy atmosphere made us feel welcome and right at home. There was plenty of space for our family of adults, grandchildren and small dogs. The hot tub was a welcome retreat after a hard day on the slopes.

The excellent location allowed us to easily take advantage of all that Breckenridge offers. The shuttle to the slopes stopped right on the corner, the shops and restaurants on Main were within walking distance and a grocery store was conveniently only a block away.

Carlos was very friendly, professional and answered our questions quickly and thoroughly.

We would like to make this an annual family event and would definitely return to this house.

Fantastic property at a very convenient location

This gem of a vacation spot was perfect for our group of 6. It was clean, charming and had lots of fun to choose from. Walkable to the base of 9, some of us skiied, some of us biked on the bike path from Breck to Frisco and back (again... bike path is right there!) and some of stayed home and played pool. It was two blocks from the Spring Beer Festival on Ridge Street, close to the many restaurants on Main and one block to the grocery store. I liked that the place was off of Main and was nice and quiet when we were ready to come in from our day of fun. We enjoyed the hot tub and the views of the mountains from the deck. The kitchen was well stocked and the combination of the old style of the cabin with all the modern conveniences was very appealing. Carlos from the management company was a pleasure to deal with. We will be staying again!

Difficult management company

Some friends and I rented this house for a long weekend in February of 2015. Overall, the house and location was a great experience. However, our trip was severely tainted due to interactions with Carlos and the management company over some damages which were incurred during the rental.

Essentially a dining room chair collapsed when sat on during the rental, and we were charged for the damages afterward. This would have been fine if not for the fact that Carlos the property manager refused to give us a receipt or proof of replacement costs. It wasn't a great deal of money, but the shady actions of the rental agency definitely left us feeling uneasy about it.

Future renters should note that the management company will act in this fashion in regards to any damages you may incur. I would also strongly recommend that you thoroughly inspect all dining room chairs for any cracks, splits or loose connections before you start your rental and promptly inform Carlos and the management company if you find something. We were instructed after the fact that this was our responsibility.

Resposta do proprietário: The property and it's contents are thoroughly inspected before and after every rental. I take great pride in taking good care of this home and making sure that everything is perfect for all our guests. If anything is damaged, it gets fixed immediately. Furthermore everyone has always complimented me on the diligence of our housekeepers and how well the house is kept. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of renting this property to a group of 10 guys under the age of 30. Someone in the group decided to use one of the dining room room chairs as a "rocking chair" by rocking it back and forth on it's back legs until he broke it! The way it broke is evident by the way the wood split from the backrest of the chair. This renter finally admitted responsibility for the damage, but was upset because I would not send him a receipt for the replacement chair. I only charged him for the actual cost of the chair and told him that I would pick up the chair in Denver personally so as to avoid additional charges to him for shipping, which would have cost him an additional $99. He insisted on getting a receipt for the chair, which I informed him was on back-order. He then contacted his credit card company to decline the charges. His credit card company contacted me and asked me for documentation of the incident and after I submitted pictures and other documentation requested to his credit card company, his credit card company also agreed that the charges were valid, fair and warranted. After his claim was denied, he decided to write his inaccurate review about the incident with derogatory comments. He does start off the review by saying that "overall, the house and location was a great experience" which is exactly what I have provided to all our guest during the 10+ years that we have been renting it. I also provide a great customer experience and have always been professional and curious with all of our guests. The other reviews which we have received have all been very positive, with the exception of this very inaccurate review from a disgruntle young man who was not mature enough to accept responsibility for the damage that was caused by his group and the inconvenience it created for us. As a result of this bad review, we are contemplating raising the minimum age to 30. I hope that this one negative and invalid review does not deter you from renting this home and I personally promise you a wonderful experience during your stay. Please read the other reviews!

A Great Time

This place was great! It was close to everything and had everything we needed to cook. The hot tub was a nice thing to come back to after skiing for the day. There was a sledding hill near by that was a blast. Carlos was very easy to work with and super friendly. We will definitely return again.

I think we got the best deal!

We planned our two week stay at the last minute. This cabin had everything we were looking for. Ignore the rather bland exterior, the newly upgraded interior is fantastic. Our kids are loving the downstairs rooms with pool table. The upstairs is charming and cozy. It was also very clean, with nice linens and bedding. Carlos was so easy and friendly to work with. This is a great family place. Our kids are happy to be able to walk to downtown easily, and I intend to walk the dogs to Starbucks every morning ( a mere 10 minute walk, if that).

BTW, we ourselves are VRBO cabin owners, and have stayed at several VRBO rentals, including 2 others in Breck over the last 4 years. We will definelty come back to this one and recommend to friends.
