Bedroom 3: two double beds (140x200cm + 140x200 cm)

➡ 2 shower rooms and 2 toilets

➡ 1 spacious living room: relax in the living room with a comfortable sofa and a TV offering more than 100 channels.

➡ 1 fully equipped kitchen : Stove, pots, plates, utensils, microwave, oven, kettle, dishwasher, refrigerator. It allows you to prepare delicious meals.

➡ 1 dining area for 8 people, perfect for gatherings after a day of discovery.

✦ Modern amenities : Washing machine, dryer, high-speed internet/Wi-Fi, hairdryer. Linens and towels are provided for your comfort (1 per person).

Please note : Although we have already welcomed many families with children, we prefer to inform you in advance that there may be lively activity on this street (ladies waiting for men). It is important to note that the area is nevertheless very secure, as evidenced by our many positive reviews. We encourage you to check them out to get a more precise idea.

➡ Party policy : No party organization allowed. Significant fees will be applied if this rule is not respected. In case of neighborhood or police complaints, guests will be asked to leave immediately, without refund possibility. The security deposit will be retained. Please respect the neighborhood's tranquility. Thank you.

➡ Identity verification : An identification document with the same name as the reservation will be requested and copied on our phone to prevent any fraud.

Arrival day and supplements :
Check-ins are generally between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, and check-outs are before 11:00 AM.
Supplements for late arrivals :
- Between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM: €30 supplement.
- After 10:00 PM: €50 supplement.
- No entry is possible after 11:00 PM.

Departure day : Final cleaning is included. Please leave the accommodation in a suitable condition, making sure to wash the dishes and dispose of all your waste. Thank you.
