Located high above Tucson in the exclusive Starr Pass Resort community, this redecorated deluxe Casita offers access to this spectacular desert and mountain playground. You will be steps away from the renowned Arnold Palmer course at Starr Pass. Several on-site restaurants give you the choice of whether to cook or dine out.

There is access to an olympic sized swimming pool and workout room just a couple hundred feet from the casita. (Rental does not include access to the JW Mariott)

This casita is an attached home on one level. It is not in an apartment/condo multi-story building as most units in Starr Pass are.

Free shuttles are available (or you can walk) to the 5-Star J.W. Mariott Resort where you may take advantage of their Spa, shops, and Restaurants. The Signature Grill provides a daily breakfast buffet that is the best in Arizona. Foods from Italy, Spain, and France can be sampled at the renowned Primo restaurant.

The Casita features two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, living/dining room, and a patio. Views are of the Catalina Mountains and Mt. Lemmon. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, flat panel TV, large master bath with separate shower/tub and his/her sinks. The guest bedroom has two queen sized beds, Mini-Fridge, Microwave, sink, desk, and separate entrance.

The fully equipped kitchen will delight even serious chefs with gas stove, ample food prep area, microwave, and a larger-than-average supply of cooking utensils and dishware. Extras include a deluxe juicer and coffee grinder. You may even choose to eat at the counter while seated in the Mexican style bar chairs.

The living/dining room area features comfy chairs, fireplace, high beamed ceiling, 33in flat panel TV, DVD, phone, sofa bed, and Dining table for 6. Cable TV with HBO. renovated.

The Casita complex borders scenic Tucson Mountain Park. You are only a couple miles from Suguaro National Park West and it's Desert Museum. Short drives will take you to Mt. Kitt Observatory, Tubac's art and furniture shops, Tucson's Historic 4th Street, the University of Arizona, Kirchner Caverns and Collossal Cave,

A further note about COVID-19: Our cleaners wear masks and gloves at all times. They disinfect all high-touch surfaces, particularly in the bathrooms and kitchen. Soaps provided for your use are anti-bacterial. Linens are washed on the highest temperature setting possible and bleach is used where possible. All sponges and cleaning towels are disposed of after each rental. New rolls of toilet paper and paper towels are installed. Finally, we will make every effort to have the Casita sit empty for a day between each rental.

Starr Pass is truly a treasure that you should experience. It is a serene setting but offers active persons a wealth of opportunities. You can enjoy the City Lights by night and the great outdoors during the day.
