Forville é um apartamento de dois quartos localizado numa rua tranquila no bairro histórico de Le Suquet, com acomodações para até três pessoas. Menos de 10 minutos a pé do Palais des Festivals e da praia, e apenas a poucos passos dos bares e restaurantes de Le Suquet.
O apartamento foi renovado para incluir todas as conveniências modernas e de manter as características originais, tais como tectos altos, telhas de terracota tradicionais e persianas de madeira. O apartamento está equipado com ar condicionado reversível e acesso à Internet de alta velocidade (Wi-Fi).
No quarto principal há uma cama king-size (150 x 200 cm) adequada para duas pessoas, e no segundo quarto há uma pequena cama de casal (120 x 200 cm) adequada para uma pessoa. Ambas as camas têm uma boa qualidade, confortável colchão, roupa de cama branca e travesseiros de pelúcia.
O apartamento é ideal para uma pequena família ou dois amigos ou colegas que não querem compartilhar um quarto. Convenientemente localizado, está a poucos passos do mercado diário na Marché Forville e a uma curta distância das lojas e praias. A estação ferroviária está a uma curta distância (10 minutos), assim como a estação de ônibus (3 minutos) com um serviço de autocarro frequente para o aeroporto de Nice. Nenhum carro é necessária, mas não há estacionamento seguro nas proximidades, que oferece taxas semanais.
Ruth was a great host. The place was spotless and I'd go back in no time. It is convenient located in Old Town. I loved it!

My boss was very impressed by the property - especially by the little welcome pack that was given to him! He said that it was nicely refurbished and clean and the only downside was the broken window (?) by the front entrance but other than that it was perfect :)
This is the second time that we have used this apartment and we were very impressed by the price, organisation and quality of the apartment. Ruth was extremely contactable which made my life much easier trying to organise it all from England!

We have just returned from a great week in this apartment. Ruth has thought of everything. The apartment is like a home from home, fitted out to a very high standard. We particularly appreciated the air con, which is very quiet, and the comfy bed, we slept very well. The apartment is in a great location - very close to the market, loads of lovely restaurants, the beaches and the buses. It was perfect for us and we hope to return. Many thanks Ruth.
This property is in the old town area of Cannes, and is well located for all amenities, it being a short walk to beaches, market, the town centre and the many restaurants.
The apartment, decorated to a high standard, is well furbished will all you need to self-cater, albeit that there are plenty of good restaurants close by. In addition to Ruth's recommendations, New York New York american diner was great - big portions at affordable prices. Caveau 30 was also good, especially if you like Art Deco.
The owner Ruth, was extremely helpful and guided us with her extensive knowledge of the area. We particularly enjoyed the jazz evening (free) in Mougins.
I chose a rental car for this trip, to give us the most flexibility, and you can park it in the Suquet-Forville car park, which is very close, for a set fee (which you can pay on arrival). We visited St Tropez and Monaco during our visit, which are easy to get to on a day trip, the fomer via a boat from St Maxime, and there was never a problem getting a car space. St Paul de Vence and Mougins are also gorgeous little villages.
It was hot during our visit with temperatures in the high 80's, albeit that this is unusual, but we weren't complaining! There were also fireworks in Cannes bay on each week during our stay, part of a annual competition.
Overall, the apartment helped make a very enjoyable break for us. Thank you Ruth!
This lovely apartment, entirely renovated with such good taste, is the perfect home away from home in the lively Cannes. It is very comfortable and has everything one might need while travelling. The kitchen is really well equipped which is convenient given that the incredibly colorful & tempting Marché Forville with all it's fresh produce is only a few meters away. And if one doesn't fancy cooking, there are tons of restaurants really close by, notably in the charming Suquet area that is just across the street from the entrance.
The shopping streets, the beach, the harbour are all within very short walking distance so the location of the apartment is ideal.
A true gem, can't recommend this place enough!
Cannes, o mais conhecido para o Festival Internacional de Cinema anual em maio, tem belas praias limpas, áreas comerciais glamourosas, restaurantes para todos os gostos e orçamentos, e uma animada vida noturna.
O apartamento na rue Forville oferece a localização perfeita se você estiver participando de uma conferência no Palais des Festivals, ou se você está de férias e quer explorar o bairro histórico de Le Suquet, com seus muitos bares e restaurantes, e relaxar na praia .
O público Plage du Midi está localizado a dez minutos a pé do apartamento. Cannes também tem várias praias particulares, com restaurantes e espreguiçadeiras. O mercado maravilhosa no Marché Forville está a poucos passos do apartamento; perfeito para comprar produtos frescos diariamente e especialidades regionais.
Você pode passear ao longo La Croisette, com vistas espectaculares sobre a baía e as montanhas Estérel, ver os iates de luxo e barcos à vela no Vieux Port, visitar o Musée de la Castre no topo da Le Suquet com excelentes vistas sobre Cannes, ou tomar o ferry a partir do porto nas proximidades para as Îles de Lérins para explorar o século 17 Fort Royal ou a Abbaye de Lérins.
