The apartment has a dominant position on a small hill where Borgo Bonsignore stands, a small agricultural and seaside village nestled along the coast between Sciacca and Agrigento. The apartment is on first floor of main building. It's equipped with all comforts: independently controllable air conditioning, TV and wifi. The subdivision of the rooms is perfect for 4 adults as the unit has a large double bedroom (apartment entrance) plus 2 single beds renovated in 2023 with en-suite bathroom with shower. The 'Foce del Fiume Platani' Nature Reserve overlooks the beach and the sea for about four kilometres. The structure where the apartment is located is completely fenced, so it is very safe even for younger children. The outdoor spaces and the poolside are elegantly furnished with deck chairs, garden tables and chairs. The property is accessed via a convenient electric gate.
