Don’t worry, be happy! This popular hit song certainly applies to this newly constructed, whimsically named vacation rental located in Emerald Waters Village, Miramar Beach. With 4 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms (4 full baths, 2 half baths), B-Happy can accommodate up to 15 happy vacationers.

This vacation home is the perfect place for different groups of families or friends, as it features a separate one-bedroom guest house, in addition to the main house. The main house includes three bedrooms, three of which seem like master bedrooms because they feature luxury en-suite baths and direct access to a balcony or patio. A bunk nook for the kids is at the top of the stairs and offers an attached half bath. An open living area is comfortably furnished with seating around a large TV and includes doors leading out to a pool patio. A state-of-the-art kitchen features stainless steel appliances, gleaming granite counter tops, and an island that seats five. An adjacent dining table seats eight more, convenient for fun social gatherings or parties.

The pool deck outside the living room and beside the guest house also offers plenty of space for entertaining. The refreshing 14’ x 20’ saltwater pool is fun for the whole group. An expansive paver patio encompasses 500 square feet next to a large open, covered porch, and a gas grill and outdoor dining table provides an enjoyable environment for relaxing and poolside dining.

Located just a short stroll from the Gulf, popular restaurants, and friendly beach bars, this rental is a vacation haven! Ocean Reef Resorts guests receive special reduced rates for golf and tennis at the neighboring Seascape. Guests can also enjoy world-class shopping at the nearby Silver Sands Premium Outlets, or check out a wide range of wine outlets, lively bars, seasonal festivals, free concerts, and other amusements at the Village of Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard.

Main House:

First Floor: Living Room with Patio Access, Dining, Kitchen, King Bedroom with Twin Sleeper Sofa and Walk-In Shower + Patio Access, Powder Room, Laundry.

Second Floor: King Bedroom with Walk-In Shower and Balcony Access, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo and Balcony Access, Bonus Area with Two Twin Bunks, Powder Room.

Guest House:

First Floor: Game Room with Ping Pong and Foosball Table.

Second Floor: King Bedroom with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Walk-In Shower + Balcony Access.
