Location: Great location and you can walk or bike to most destinations within 5 minutes. The Boardwalk is at the end of 1st Street which is a short 5 minute walk. There are many other destinations in close proximity for eating out or if you have a simple grocery need. Some establishments in close proximity include the OC Island Grill and Berranato’s Deli both down the street at 1st and Atlantic, Brown's on the boardwalk at St. Charles, Cousins Restaurant at 1st and Asbury, TJ’s Ice Cream and Express Pizza at Atlantic and Battersea, Pessano’s 5 & dime at 3rd and Atlantic, Deli at 4th and Ocean and the Wonderland Rides on the Boardwalk at 5th Street. There are also great full service restaurants with bars in Somers Point which is a short drive north over the Long Port Bridge. Some favorites are the Anchorage and Smitty's Clam Bar all on Bay Street in Somers Point; Clancy's and Back Bay BBQ on Maryland and the Windjammer on Rt 52. OC Island Grill sells fresh fish and meats that are great for grilling.
