Located on quiet Satellite Beach (no public access in the immediate vicinity), just south of Cocoa Beach, north of Melbourne and just one hour from Orlando and Disney. This 2nd floor unit has a superb direct ocean view from the balcony and every room in the unit. Our condo has recently received a full exterior renovation bringing the mid century architecture back into style. For 2024 we have no pool available as a new one will be built in 2025. Outdoor access is limited as the sea wall surrounding our building was just completed but we hope to offer beach access again mid April of 2024. The nearest beach approach which you can walk to on a sidewalk to or drive to is 1/4 mile south on a1a. Larger beach approaches also to the north and south a few miles away. We offer beach chairs, kids beach toys and beach towels for you to use at the beach.

All rooms are tastefully furnished with all the amenities you will need. The master suite includes a King bed, large dressing area w/ built in vanity, walk in closet and full bath with granite counter tops. The second bedroom includes a Queen & Twin bed with sitting area and oversized closet. Both bathrooms include a shower tub combination which is ideal for bathing young children. Ocean views can be seen from every room. Beautiful views from our unscreened and recently redone balcony, overlooking the beach with a southern view of the coast line.

We offer private, secured free wi-fi. We also offer desk space in the kitchen to work while on vacation.

Newly installed coin operated washers and dryers available on each floor of the 6th floor building. Our building is not a hotel but a condominium which is owned by owners many residing in the building. We have many friendly helpful neighbors onsite. Keyed access is required into the lobby which is a great security feature many buildings do not offer. Free parking onsite for one car during your stay. All common areas are currently being updated for future use. Two elevators or stairs are available.

Great for a vacation with the kids or even better, a romantic get-away for two. Lay on the beach or just sit on the balcony and take in the breathtaking view. Minutes from I-95, for easy access to Orlando, Disney, Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, Palm Beach, or Miami.

Overall Good

Stay was overall a good experience. Pros: Good Area Ocean View Quiet A lot to do around place Clean Cons: No direct access to beach at this time(fixing it up because of a hurricane) View was only to the side and slight bit to the front. Overall it was ok. If you want to be able to see the whole beach (180 degree view) then this is not the place. However, the view was still good, and the sound of the ocean was excellent.

Beautiful views

The area is safe and easy to get around. The view is beautiful and we did a lot of walking on the beach. Would definitely go again. I do wish that the patio doors would have a curtain to pull at night.

Very horrible staying!

This property is not for family staying, the house was very dirty and had a smell, the host is very cold on responses and dry, I will never recommend this house for kids, my son 14 months could not sleep, started to vomit by the smell so I left the next day, I text the host and never got any response back! Horrible!

It's not what it shows like

We were very disappointed with this unit. We were unsure of how it received it's occupancy permit. Closet door was broken, electrical wires exposed, kitchen lights flickering always, master bathroom was unusable because ceiling was coming down, No curtains in the master bedroom ( the neighbors could see in) the couch sat awful. We would not recommend this unit.

Very nice stay on Satellite Beach.

Condo was great! Lots of space and nice kitchen, living area and patio. There was construction going on weekdays but it didn’t really bother us. Very short walk to beach access while the construction was going on and plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. Jennifer was great communicating with us.

Probably not a long time in some parts of the country, but that's a long time down here. Jennifer was born and raised in Ormond Beach, FL, while I'm from Lakeland, FL. Jennifer and I met while attending Florida State University, GO NOLES!!!, and we now live and work near Orlando, FL. We love everything about our state; its natural beauty, it's heritage and and all of its sunshine. It is our pleasure to give you a chance to experience a little bit of what we experience every day. Convenient location to central Florida attractions - only an hour drive to Disney and Universal parks and only a half hour to Kennedy Space center. 3. Not your typical Florida east coast Florida beach - peace and quiet because of limited public access and nearly 8 miles of protected beaches to the north. 4. Spectacular view - an incredible view of the ocean, sand and pool from every room in the condo.

It is unlike any other location on the east cost. Sandpiper Towers is located directly south of Patrick Air Force Base (less than a .25 mile). The entire beach along the air force base is protected, nearly 8 miles, so it makes for a peaceful and relaxing vacation. It is very different from what is typically advertised for Florida beaches such as Cocoa or Daytona. There are no crowds or cars driving on the beach, so if you are looking for peace and quite, this is definitely the spot. At the same time it is conveniently located to local shoping and dining, as well a short 8 mile drive to Cocoa if you want to see some of the local attractions or 7 miles to Melbourne if you want to experience one of the local trendy shopping areas.
