"My family and I have been staying at this beach house for about the last 4 years. Prior to finding this house, we stayed in 4 different place around Fenwich Island. None of them compared to the location, spaciousness, and decor of this house. This also was the first house we rented on the bay side. We have learned that seeing water is really all that matters; it doesn't necessarily have to be the waves of the ocean. On the bay you have the traffic of kayaks and boats to watch, to say nothing of the wildlife.

The addition of a community pool it a great highlight for my family. We love the beach, but not all of us get in the water. Most of the time we go to the pool, we have it all to ourselves, and when we go to the beach, it is just a small walk across the highway.

We will continue to rent this house until my family no longer wishes to do a family beach trip..
