Nosso condomínio é totalmente climatizado, possui porcelanato italiano por toda parte, tem ventiladores de teto em cada quarto e está lindamente decorado. Existe uma cozinha totalmente equipada com máquina de lavar / secar roupa, máquina de lavar louça, geladeira, cafeteira, microondas, torradeira, liquidificador, talheres, pratos, panelas e copos. A sala tem uma TV 40 polegadas tela plana com uma aconchegante lareira de pedra e sala de jantar tem um SGD, que leva à plataforma estendida e grill. Cada quarto tem uma cama queen size, uma TV de tela plana e é climatizado e acomoda um máximo de 6 pessoas confortavelmente. Também disponível para uma taxa mínima é a comunidade piscina exterior aquecida, piscina infantil e baloiços, ginásio e campos de ténis localizados nas terras da comunidade.
I was lucky enough to stay at this property for 4 weeks this summer. Since I rented many times in the past I know how important reviews are since I myself heavily rely on them. Having said that, I will try to be thorough and honest so as to help future renters and the owner have the best possible experience.
This house is in a lovely community and on a nice street where there is no heavy traffic so my kids (8 year old and 15 month old) were able to play safely in front of the house. There is a nice patch of grass behind the house as well where we were able to set up a little tent for kids to play and it’s right beneath the porch so it was perfect. The house is a bit smaller than it appears on photos but that is always the case… it was still very cozy and nicely furnished. I would recommend it for up to six people (plus babies with their own pack and play). It appeared generally clean when we arrived, though once we were settling in there were some areas that needed attending to. Please note that the floors are tile (cold and hard) all around and if you are planning to bring children here I strongly recommend bringing a rug for the play area. We brought a large soft rug for the living area and made that the play area and the kids loved it! However the vacuum cleaner at the house is probably meant for tile only as it was absolutely useless in cleaning the rug… so that is something to consider. We did a lot of cooking in the month we spent there and the kitchen was well stocked and the porch grill was awesome and we loved barbequing! I would only recommend updating some of the frying pans and the toaster. The beds were very comfy however because they are on tile floors they moved and shifted with every move which definitely took getting used to… maybe there is something that can be used to prevent the beds from moving so easily. Linens and towels were included so that was a huge plus. Also I loved that the rooms had air conditioners in every room and for those cold nights getting a little heat going was no problem at all. We did not use the fireplace instead we blocked it with an inflatable pool filled with plastic balls for the kids. The house has plenty of storage space and nice TV’s in every room with cable. There is NO WIFI.
The area was perfect for summer with the kids! The community pool, the water park and adventure zone, top of Camelback Mountain and kid's park – everything minutes away! Lovely vacation spot! Thanks Laura!
Spacious townhouse, great for kids! Bedrooms nicley furnished. Loved the location and use of heated community pool. The waterpark is within walking distance.
We stayed at the property for two months. A very comfortable, roomy townhouse. The unit was very well maintained and fully provisioned for an extended stay. It was close to walking trails and the ski area. The owner promptly responded to all our questions. We would definitely rent again.
I rented this for our annual family vacation. My 2 boys, husband, myself and our 2 dogs. We had a marvelous time. The home was lovely (very clean) inside and out. The property pool is Olympic size and there is also a playground adjacent. We visited Camelbeach Waterpark along with many other local places. I would highly recommend renting this home if you are planning on visiting the pocono region. It gave us a vacation we will always remember.

We stayed here during Christmas, and it couldn't have been better! It's even nicer than the pictures, and the snow made it really special. The walkways and street were cleared of snow immediately so all we had to do was enjoy it. There is even a storage area on the front porch for skis. It's only minutes from Camelback yet it is private and peaceful at the same time.
Being able to take our dog made it perfect. We've rented pet-friendly places in the past so we honestly didn't know what to expect, but we were thrilled. The condo was spotless and nicely decorated, and we felt "at-home" right away. All 3 bedrooms had great TVs, as well as a big screen TV in the living room. The fireplace made it nice and cozy.
The Landlords were very pleasant and accommodating. Everything went as planned. We are definitely going to stay there again

Thank you for the use of your beautiful vacation home. Our party of three retired couples enjoyed the peace and quiet of the poconos along with golfing, shopping, casino time and socializing. The afternoons where spent on the deck watching the hummingbirds and deer while catching up on reading. It brought back so many memories of our home at Camelback. We had a wonderful week!
