Spruce at Lake Bluff Preserve-Spectacular Lake Michigan Views-Sleeps 22

Built in 2018, the Spruce house is designed to provide large families and groups with comfortable eating and living space together in a large, open main floor living space while offering the privacy of four separate floors to find quiet and privacy. The four story home has two wrap around decks and sits 300 feet above Lake Michigan on pristine dune land. 8 Bedrooms, 5.5 baths, three living rooms, ample seating for 20-25 in our large dining area and island kitchen all set upon 70 acres of private land with spectacular sunset and water views. New modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer and three master suites make it easy for multiple families and groups to share the space for a ski or golf weekend or Summer vacation.
Each Lake Bluff Preserve house has a dune fire pit.

Renting the Spruce and the attached Poplar townhouse together would provide beds, sleeper sofas and couches for about 30. *Spruce and Poplar are automatically rented as one unit during high season (summer).
The Frankfort area is home to a deep water marina, the Stormcloud Brewery, Pointe Betsie Lighthouse, Sleeping Bear National Lakeshore, Arcadia Bluffs Golf Courses, wine tours, skiing at Crystal Mountain and you don't need to leave our property to hike, mountain bike and explore the dune and forests. Snowshoeing and cross country skiing can be enjoyed from your front door in the Winter. Crystal and Platte Lakes and the Betsie and Platte rivers provide sportsmen with fishing, kayaking, tubing and swimming with many gear rental businesses in the area.
Watch sunsets, bald eagles, whitetail deer, monarch butterflies and other native species from the comfort of your deck or take the 300 stairs and rope ladder to 1000 feet of beach at the bottom of our bluff.

**Due to high water and erosion on Lake Michigan, we have closed the stairs down the Bluff (June 2020). If you wish to spend time on the beach, we recommend the Frankfort Public Beach or any of the public beaches on Crystal Lake. We hope to reopen the stairs as soon as mother nature allows us.**

Very close proximity to M-22 makes Lake Bluff Preserve a great rally point for car and motorcycle touring clubs, wine tourists, retreats and reunions, golfers and anyone who wants a to behold the beauty of Lake Michigan and Northwest Michigan. Less than an hour to Traverse City, Leland, Arcadia Bluffs and Crystal Mountain.
