The vacation home La Grange de David in Xhignesse is situated in the quiet of the Belgian Ardennes. The vacation home, an old converted barn, is spread over 2 floors with a modern interior. It has a comfortable living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms (2 with a double bed and a sofa bed each), 5 bathrooms and an extra toilet and can accommodate up to 14 people. The child-friendly cottage is also equipped with WiFi, a fireplace, a shiatsu, a big screen TV, a baby bed and a high chair. The highlight of the accommodation is your private sauna on the 2nd floor. Relax and enjoy a fantastic vacation in privacy. 2.2 km or 5 minutes by car separate you from a supermarket and restaurants.
The TOURIST OFFER is for everyone. The centre of Liege is 39 km or 40 minutes away by car and is perfect for a day trip. The pretty church of St. Pierre in Xhignesse, located in the same hamlet, is a beautiful monument classified as part of Wallonia's heritage and awaits your visit.
Some good tracks to follow: Le Monde Sauvage d'Aywaille, the Caves of Remouchamps, the Domaine de Palogne, the famous Spa Francorchamps circuit etc... As for sports, skiing in winter, kayaking, golf, walking, mountain biking and horse riding or climbing will satisfy the most active. Numerous activities within a perimeter of 10 kms: Kayak 'Les Remous' at 1.5 kms from the gîte.
One of the highlights of the accommodation is the Access-i label, which makes it possible for wheelchair users in particular to spend their holidays in this wonderful accommodation. There is a ramp to the house and the whole ground floor is accessible for disabled people (double bedroom and its adapted bathroom). Parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Electricity is not included. Water (6.5 € per m³), fuel (7.50 € per hour of use) will be charged according to individual consumption on site.
