Located on southeast shore of West Lake Okoboji, this condo has the perfect location to enjoy the best of what Okoboji has to offer. As the center unit, the condo allows panoramic views of the lake from the deck and easy access from the parking lot.

A variety of shops and restaurants are only a minute walk away, as well as a public beach (6 minute walk), Arnolds Park Amusement Park (8 minute walk), and the Arnolds Park Green Space, which hosts live concerts and events. There is something for everyone: you can soak up some rays on the dock or at the beach, relax on the deck watching all the lake activity, shopping or eating at one of the fine local establishments, enjoy a round of golf nearby, listen to a concert in the Green Space, or ride the roller coaster at Arnolds Park. These are just a few of the things that Okoboji has to offer.

This condo will sleep 7 and has two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a full-sized bed and a twin bed. Both bedrooms have flat screen cable TVs.

The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, smart HD flat screen cable TV and DVD player. The entertainment console includes an electric fireplace.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up a great meal. There is also a gas grill on the deck and washer/dryer in the condo for your use. You will have access to a shared dock where you can lounge in a chair or swim in the lake. However, no boat or hoist service is available.

For those that prefer vacationing in the off-season, this condo is available year round. Winter, spring, summer, or fall, this is a great place to get away from it all!
