The Knapp Creek Guest House is located right on Knapp Creek, in a valley setting with easy access to Knapp Creek, or go two miles down the road to the West Fork of the Kickapoo River, one of the best Class I trout streams in the Driftless Region. The Knapp Creek Guest House is approximately ten years old, with beautiful interior finishes, and includes all the amenities. It sits on scenic Knapp Creek Farm, where guests will see the exotic chickens pecking in the yard, visit the friendly barn cats, Patches and Rusty, or make a pizza in the wood-fired oven in the covered pavilion.There is also a barn where guests may chose to board their horses between taking them to the Kickapoo Reserve, with its 37 miles of trails, or to Wildcat Mountain State Park, with its 15 miles of trails to ride. The barn has a two-section pen and breezeway, as well as an outdoor corral, with a watering tank, and can accommodate up to four horses. Other guests may choose to bicycle the local roads and enjoy the natural scenery that the Driftless Region is becoming well-known for providing. The Knapp Valley Farm is located in a long valley with beautiful views to the east and west, and Knapp Creek running along the length of the property.
