Beautifully appointed 3-bedroom 2 full bathroom 2440 Sq ft villa in the exclusive sought after community of Windstar Club on Naples Bay. Minutes from downtown Naples, and only 2 minutes from the Botanical Gardens and USA Open championships pickleball courts.

WE WILL GIVE PREFERENCE TO A COUPLE. FOR RENTALS OF 3 MONTHS OR LONGER. WE WILL OFFER A BETTER RATE FOR RENTALS OF 4 TO 6 MONTHS.

Comfortably furnished, and fully equipped home. Attention to detail is important to us we provide a very clean comfortable home for an unforgettable experience. This is not an income property! We only rent out this home when we are staying at our home in Europe, for an extended period of time. We are particular who we rent to, because we would like to ensure that our beautiful home is appreciated.

For the entire duration of your stay villa will be thoroughly cleaned once a week by a professional cleaning service.

Large sunny open plan living room with vaulted ceilings large TV with Xfinity cable all channels that include HBO - HBO Max - Peacock and DVR with on Demand movies.

Fully equipped large chef's kitchen with large windows built in appliances and every conceivable small appliance available.

The master bedroom has a king bed suite with new very comfortable mattress, vaulted ceilings, walk in closet, large TV, and a large bathroom walking shower twin vanities bathtub. The guest bedroom has a king bed suite with comfortable mattress TV, full bathroom walk-in shower.

The third bedroom does not have a bed. This room is being used as an office only, and equipped with fast Wi-Fi covering the entire home. Office has a large monitor, printer, and a shredder.

Separate laundry room with washer and dryer, sink and cupboards. Double garage with another stainless-steel French door fridge-freezer.

Comfortable lanai with motorized screens with remote and a fully equipped built-in outdoor kitchen with a fridge, sink, large BBQ, and a large professional extractor hood. Lanai also includes comfortable lounging couches with a coffee table for 6 and a second dining table for 6.

Windstar Club on Naples Bay is nestled along two miles of Naples Bay eastern shoreline frontage. With a sprawling 450 acres, the community offers an impressive selection of amenities 18-hole Tom Fazio championship golf course, tennis courts, an exquisite new clubhouse that features dining and stunning sunset views on Naples Bay. Windstar Southpointe Marina has 72 slips and can accommodate yachts up to 70 feet. Take the Windstar Club Keewaydin Queen shuttle to Keewaydin Island beach-club where Windstar Club has a private beach and dock or take the sunset cruise.

Windstar Club is a private members-owned club. Renters can join the Windstar Club as tenant social member for $ 400.00 per month to use facilities enjoy lunch or dinner cocktails, socialize. Please note that golf is not included.

Naples has beautiful white beaches and many attractions, Naples Philharmonic, visit the Naples Zoo, airboat rides in the Everglades, swimming, shelling, tennis, pickleball or golf, deep sea fishing or in the Everglades waterways, bicycling or paddle-boarding. Naples's 5th Ave and 3rd St for shopping with exceptional fine dining restaurants, all that makes Naples in Southwest Florida one of the most desired destinations.

There are also several really good lunch and dinner options right on Bayshore Drive, all within 1 minute by car of Windstar.

Best Stay Ever

This was our fifth year of snowbirding through VRBO and this property and location were the best ever. Everything was exactly as described and pictured and if anything, the photos did not do the property justice. The owner and onsite troubleshooter were extremely responsive on the couple of small issues that came up, exceeding our expectations. Items and supplies that we felt were necessary to bring in the past were all there. The location is also far closer to downtown Naples and other sites than other properties we had considered. Go for it!

The home was very well appointed and very comfortable. Thomas was responsive to every question from beginning to end. The Windstar community is a hidden gem and we especially enjoyed the boat excursions to the private island. Excellent property. 5 stars

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Thomas's house. It is a beautiful home, with many upgrades The Windstar Community is quiet and close to all amentias, and only a 10 minute drive to downtown Naples. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great rental in the Naple's area

Wonderful home

Our family had a very enjoyable stay at Thomas’ home. With high ceilings, sunny glass open to fairway views, and a peaceful garden, this home is even more lovely than pictured. The lanai includes a kitchen that is spectacularly equipped with a living and dining area looking out to the fairway and a pretty garden enhanced by songbirds. Inside, the modern kitchen is equally equipped and the high ceiling living room spacious with a large screen television. The master bedroom is large and the bathrooms modern. Windstar proved to be a beautiful community with unique access to Naples Bay and downtown Naples- a short distance away. The host did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable and I can recommend this property with genuine enthusiasm !

We are a couple 67 and 60 non smokers with no pets. We are house proud and this reflects in our homes. Our Naples house is well appointed and kept to a very high standard and in impeccable condition and very clean. We also have a property in Austria in a beautiful ski region. We like travelling, sailing, swimming, hiking, skiing, golf, cooking, BBQ and good fresh food and wine. After many years of travelling we selected homes in the best locations in the World. Naples is a beautiful sought after location with amazing winter weather and many outdoor activities with wonderful shopping and fine dining restaurants.

We chose Windstar on Naples Bay because this is a unique waterfront gated community with a golf and yacht marina, close to down town Naples. This is the only location like this in Naples, that has 2 miles of water-frontage and a 18 hole Tom Fazio golf course and a 72 slip marina. Windstar also has a private beach club on Keeywaydin Island with facilities. Windstar Queen shuttle runs twice a day to the Keeywaydin Island and also offers sunset cruises. Windstar in located right next door to the Naples Botanical Gardens and the USA championships pickle ball courts are two minutes by car. There are also many wonderful places to eat and drink right here on Bayshore Drive.

This is a not a Florida income rental property. This is our primary residence a private beautifully well-appointed comfortable home with vaulted ceilings, beautiful golf course views and garden. Everything you need to make your stay very comfortable is included in this well-equipped house. The furniture is current and all appliances are better name brands. We have two large stainless-steel fridges and a wine cooler, and a drinks fridge as part of the outdoor kitchen on the lanai. We have every conceivable small appliance you can imagine making this gourmet kitchen and a pleasure to cook, bake and entertain.

This home has a lovely large lanai with three motorized screens controlled by remote fantastic views of the golf course, birds, nice built-in outdoor kitchen with BBQ fridge sink extractor hood, lanai dining table seats six people and comfortable seating and a coffee table for 6. Fantastic for evening cocktails, dining al fresco or breakfast and morning coffee, or just taking in the wonderful weather and bird song. The living room is beautiful with tasteful artwork. The master bedroom is large with vaulted ceilings and a large on-suite master bathroom.

This home is perfect for a couple who enjoy a comfortable well-appointed home. No need to bring a thing with you. We have a reliable house sitter and handyman living in Windstar that is always available on short notice to assist in anyway.
