Didn’t feel safe
They have let the place go. Tons of weeds by pool, minor things switched out with no updated pics.There are 4 bathrooms and your only provided 4 wash rags. As a family of 6, 4 wash rags don’t cut it. 1 of the beds had what looked like a pee stain and another 1 had white stains all over the blankets. The big issue is there is a huge sliding glass door behind the downstairs couch that goes out to the pool. 1 of the nights we were checking that everything was locked before bed and noticed that huge door does not lock. The screws are stripped so if you try to lock it it can be pulled open with no force at all. We took 2 broom sticks to make a wedge in the door so it would be harder for anyone to walk in. It was very unsettling. From that night on we kept the broomsticks in the door and a chair wedged under the door next to it. The next day we were going to be at Disney the full day so we locked the outside screen to the pool, put a chair under the door handle, and kept the broomstick in the sliding door. When we got back to the condo we noticed the screen to the pool was open and unlocked, the back door was completely unlocked and the chair moved. We called there emergency # that by the way they charge you $50 if they don’t believe your call is an emergency. We were told they came that day to put chemicals in the pool and asked management to unlock the door. It Isn’t stated anywhere that they do this. The back door was unlocked the whole day we were gone. It was very unsettling.
