Casa Vista is ideal for couples or singles or friends looking to spend some quality time together. The property is equipped with en suite bedrooms, air conditioners, ceiling fans, well equipped kitchen with modern amenities, manicured lawn & an out-door pool. Casa Vista offers gorgeous views of the Bay & waterfront. Guests can relax & enjoy the relative comfort of the property which comes with an inviting pool and a sun-soaked deck.

Casa Vista - "The Home with a View" is located 2-5 minutes walk from the waterfront at Marigot Bay, Castries on the island of Saint Lucia, in the Caribbean and 2 minutes ferry ride from the Waterfront to the one of the most popular beaches- Marigot Bay Beach.

The Villa is quite spacious (both indoors & outdoors) and opens into some of the most magnificent views of the blue Caribbean sea & surroundings. The villa is uniquely perched overlooking the stunning views of the Marigot Bay and Waterfront and mountains. Guests have the option of enjoying the inside or outside space with large open deck & verandas/ terrace/patio which is ideal for out-door living area. Casa Vista is indeed an ideal couples' getaway or can be enjoyed by single person or a couple of friends. The property is enclosed all around and affords guests privacy. Guests can choose to relax on property or partake in exciting activities offered on the island or down at the Marigot Bay Marina and environs. The Marigot Bay Beach is within 5-7 minutes of the Villa and many other lovely beaches can be found to the north of the island and is close in proximity to the property. Yachts and mega yachts often frequent and can be seen in the Marina. At Casa Vista, we aim to ensure that all guests can enjoy their stay.

The property consists of two (2) separate rental units [a two (2) bedroom villa which can and is listed here as a one (1) bedroom villa and a separate one (1) bedroom villa] with shared pool and huge deck space.

Casa Vista - A lovely home away from home in St. Lucia

The property was excellent. Verlinda and Ernie were amazing hosts: great communication and very quick to respond to our questions. Moreover, they were helpful and kind, even offered to assist with arranging a medical appointment should I require it. My husband and I enjoyed our 30th wedding anniversary celebration at this lovely couples retreat - we would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful View!

Verlinda and Ernie were wonderful hosts. They made us feel welcome and made arrangements for someone to pick us up from the airport. The villa was very clean and spacious. The large veranda with a pool was ideal for relaxing and watching boats come and go in Marigot Bay. Loved the sunsets! The view was fantastic and we very much enjoyed our first visit to St. Lucia.

Had a wonderful stay.

The house was in a good location to access all the things we wanted to do. Loved having the pool and a nice view of Marigot Bay from the deck. Verlinda and Ernie were very welcoming.

PERFECT VACATION

My husband & I stayed at Casa Vista for a month in February & was the best vacation we've had to date!! The owners are such gracious hosts and helped us with advise in terms of places to eat, things to do & provided exceptional response & care during our stay. The Villa was beautiful, super clean & stocked with everyday items needed. We've never been back to the same Island twice but are hoping to be back again next February!!!! Can NOT say enough good things about this Villa. Anyone thinking about renting a Villa should not pass this up. The views are amazing & close to restuarants & the Marina Village with shopping & access to the free Doolittle Ferry to take you across the bay to their ocean side café where they also have a public beach for swimming, sunbathing & snorkeling. The Villa's pool & veranda was the perfect place for rest & relaxation. If you're considering coming to St Lucia you can stop looking because you have FOUND the perfect place to stay :)

This unique property is located in a quaint Marigot Bay community close to the waterfront and business amenities with breath-taking scenic views to enjoy. The close proximity to the beach and ocean is an added bonus to both visitors and owners. The ambiance of relaxing with a drink of your choice (wine/coffee/tea) in the villa or on the deck/veranda whilst enjoying the sunrise, sunset, yachts, or the beautiful warm blue waters of the Caribbean Sea surrounded by green lush mountains - its all an added bonus!!!
