Features include 9' ceilings, windows in every room except bathrooms), tile throughout except for bedrooms and stainless steel appliances. Your reservation comes with one reserved parking spot on the 3rd floor of parking convenient to the elevators! The required pass is included in your reservation costs. If you are traveling in 2 cars, you will need to purchase an additional pass at the office once you arrive. The second car will need to park in a non reserved spot.

Our unit comes fully furnished with all the conveniences you expect in a vacation home. We offer keyless entry which will eliminate key pick-up/drop-off and the worrying/possibility of losing the key in the sandy beach. This beautifully decorated 8th floor unit includes high speed internet with wireless WiFi, flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms for your pleasure, cable TV, gourmet kitchen with granite counter-tops and stainless steel appliances, dinning area with seating for 6 and of course your private over-sized Gulf front balcony large enough for a couch and table, lounge chairs and 2 Adirondack stools. The foyer, kitchen, living room, bathroom, breakfast area, and laundry room are tiled. If you happen to feel like taking a break from the beach or the weather goes bad - feel free to make use of the exercise room, sauna or indoor pool. Play games, read books, solve puzzles, and play cards all provided for YOUR enjoyment.
