The deck facing the ocean is directly above a five-acre monarch butterfly forest preserve, and during certain times of the year you will have colorful visitors flying by. This bungalow is pristine. Note: There is a steep stairway from the road down to the house. NO TV. Wood stove, central heating, Charcoal BBQ. Small dogs (under 30 pounds) allowed.
