The property was just fine, clean, comfortable and the owner was very gracious and helpful. I was told we would be 20 minutes from Downtown Lower Manhattan. Not so. Had to take Uber(15 min) to Pass Another 15-20 min) to Downtown. Otherwise very nice. Please send my refund as we did no damage.

The rental process was smooth along with check in. House was as described and was a very nice and affordable stay. Street parking was only a problem on the 4th of July (to be expected). Bring your own towels or be prepared to launder supplies towels. There were only 4 towels for 3 adults for seven days. We packed to not have to do our own laundry and didn’t plan to do laundry, The only other issue was that the PATH station within walking distance was closed costing us approximately $30 additional per day to UBER. Not sure how long it’s closed - just make sure it’s open if you are planning on walking to rail. Other than that - very good experience and owner was great to work with!

This place was close to light rail which took us to the path to get to Manhattan. Neighborhood while older was quiet and neighbors were friendly. There was a little market across the street. The hostess Kathleen was very nice. Communication was good. Only thing to be aware of is a fairly steep flight of stairs to enter our living area. Would definitely stay here again

Kathleen was an awesome person with a great place the one thing I have to complain about is that I didn't have more time. It was super peaceful as well as comfortable. Kitchen well stocked I did cook and bathroom was clean my gf and I stayed and I popped the question this weekend and she said yes so my overall experience there was great would definitely recommend this place!
