This modern holiday apartment for a maximum of 6 people is located in a holiday home complex directly on the southern slope of the town of Piesendorf in Salzburgerland, just a stone's throw from the well-known ski resorts of Zell am See and Kaprun.

The holiday apartment is on the ground floor and offers a spacious living room with a sofa bed and dining table, a large modern fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom), a second bathroom and a large balcony. There is also a ski storage room with ski boot warmer, a washing machine and dryer and 2 parking spaces.

The Zell am See - Kaprun ski region at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn offers 3 different ski areas, 2 beautiful ski resorts and a picturesque lake. Skiing directly above Lake Zell surrounded by fantastic mountain scenery is part of everyday life on a ski holiday here. With the Ski ALPIN CARD, Piesendorf offers access to 3 premium ski regions with a total of 408 kilometers of slopes and 121 lifts, the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski area, the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area.

In summer, the Hinkelsteinbad in Piesendorf, the Niedernsill natural swimming lake with its spacious lawns and 16,000 m2 of water areas, the Käpt"n Hook adventure pool in Saalbach-Hinterglemm or the lido at Lake Zell in Zell am See offer lots of bathing fun. A tip for the whole year is the Tauern Spa in Kaprun with 12 different pools.

The center of Piesendorf can be reached within a few minutes, here you will find various shops, supermarkets and restaurants and you can directly board the free ski bus to Zell am See and Kaprun.
