ON A WARM SUMMER DAY PACK A LUNCH AND GO FOR A SHORT WALK OR BIKE RIDE RIGHT FROM THE PROPERTY THROUGH THE FOREST AND YOU WILL FIND THE TRUCKEE RIVER, WHERE YOU CAN GO FOR A SWIM TO COOL OFF AND HAVE LUNCH IN A MEADOW BY THE RIVER. OR CONTINUE WALKING OR BIKING THROUGH MILES OF FOREST TRIALS.

There are 3 large decks with patio furniture to sit outside and enjoy the trees and the sounds of the creek. A Hammock, Park bench and a Table for two are positioned parallel to the creek. Also there is a detached 20 by 20 Deck platform positioned under a circle of 50 foot pine trees,with a circular patio day bed, chairs and a gas fire pit. It is the perfect spot to bird watch, feed the squirrels or just take a nap. I believe that this circle of trees might of planted decades ago by the native American Indians that habituated this part of the country. It is a very special spot. There is also RV parking with 50amp service. The house is situated two houses from the end of a cal de sac with walking and biking trials down the the Truckee River.
