The outdoor living spaces are just as impressive with a large deck off the house with outdoor dining, a hot tub and a gas grill. One of Playaway's most outstanding features is the upscale private pier/dock with a huge, covered seating that doubles as a living area right on the water. Conveniently located by the beach, imagine everyone spending time in this perfect spot during the day while swimming and fishing, or simply relaxing in the evenings admiring the picturesque views. The dock also features both a jet ski and boat slip for easy access should you rent a boat or have your own. Kayaks are also provided for you to use.

This home is pet friendly with a 2-dog allowance and NO pet fee. Additional dog may be allowed with an additional fee.

Maximum overnight occupancy is 10; maximum daytime occupancy is 20. The fireplace(s) in this home are not functional and for aesthetic purposes only. The boat lift at this dock is NOT accessible for renters, boats can be tied to the side of the dock. This property has two active security cameras on premise. One pointed to the driveway and road and a second pointed towards the dock.

Lake Norman Playaway is located within minutes of an abundance of shopping, dining and entertainment options, 15 miles from Davidson College, 30 miles north of downtown Charlotte, and 45 miles from Winston Salem.
