The main home has 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The additional King suite that has a private entrance from the outside giving you a 3rd bedroom (King bed) living space with sleeper sofa, kitchenette, 2nd full bath (no bathtub) and Laundry Room. It has a separate private entrance and children are not allowed to stay unattended in the suite. Only a MAX of 6 guests allowed. **Feel free to reach out with any questions prior to booking**

Walking distance to Old Town to visit all of the restaurants, shops and many wine tasting rooms! Only 20 minutes to the red rocks of Sedona & 5 miles to Jerome. Enjoy the 1/2 acre outdoor garden oasis each day from your first cup of coffee to enjoying some local wine. Play corn hole, hang out and enjoy the gas fire pit and grill some dinner on the SS gas grill. TONS of outdoor dining and entertaining spaces! Grapevines, Shady comfortable Pergola seating, CLEAN, pristine and charming!

We have partnered up with many local companies and are able to offer our guests TONS OF DISCOUNTS for area attractions and experiences. Balloon rides, helicopter rides, wineries & tasting rooms, Horseback Riding Kayaking, and MUCH MORE! We will give you our website to contact the companies directly.

There is also another 2 bedroom garden apartment on the property that you can rent as well (VRBO 1199651) or rent BOTH under listing (VRBO 1205322) and add the optional King suite for a total of 5 Bedrooms / 3 baths. If this property is booked we do NOT rent out the other spaces so there are no shared spaces with other guests at any time.

Excellent accommodations !

Owners were fantastic to work with. Home is completely remodeled. Has lots of extra amenities. Home is on busier street, but being a small town, not a lot of traffic or noise. the town of Cottonwood is a small, genuine place. Overall, we would highly recommend this home. Thanks Kristen & Glen !

The property was spotless! If I were to improve anything it would be the condition of concrete to sidewalk.

Our new home away from home!

My husband and I found this jewel through my brother (who we came to visit) who knows Kristen’s sister. What a stroke of good fortune! The home is welcoming, beautiful and in the perfect location to stroll down Main Street, towards numerous shops and restaurants. Everything was incredibly clean. The beds were super comfortable, and there were enough sitting areas to be by yourself or join the party! The kitchen was a chef’s paradise. Every dish, utensil, cooking pan and appliance needed was available. We would highly recommend this home. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive, as well as warm and friendly. We will plan on staying here again!

Weekend getaway

The house was within walking distance of downtown Cottonwood. Adorable accommodations and we were provided with everything we could possibly need. We did the kayaking down the Verde River with the wine tasting afterwards at Alcantara. Great weekend.
