Very clean condo in a great location. Loved the pool being steps away from the screened in porch.

Coral Falls - nice affordable spot
Stayed for two weeks, property is close to shopping and access to major routes. We liked the ground floor location for access to the pool and the parking lot. Consideration could be given to update furniture, but overall the property met all of our needs at a reasonable price.
Won’t be back!!! Not clean enough for us.
My husband and I rented in February, 2018. The rental unit is conveniently located 20 minutes outside of Naples and surrounding activities. The owners provided good contact ahead of arrival, generously provided wine upon arrival, and beach towels/beach chairs that we used and appreciated.
Our biggest disappointment was the level of cleanliness. Upon arriving and surveying the kitchen we opened the cupboards and were greeted by one of those Florida chameleons. While they are everywhere in Florida, I did not expect to be sharing my living quarters with them. Further into our stay, we felt that the mechanical room and laundry closet could’ve used more time by housekeeping. Additionally, in the corners, along the baseboards and ceilings we found cobwebs. The tracks of all of the sliding doors needed vacuuming. The living room carpet is either stained or worn or both. Definitely a need for attention to detail.
We are midwestern snowbirds, retired. We find the light/fan combination in both bathrooms to be extremely annoying. You cannot turn the light on without having the fan noise constantly. My husband and I wear hearing aids in both ears and it was extremely frustrating and annoying. We did notify the owner. And he responded by offering to have someone come out and fix it. We problem solved on our own and simply created our days to be out of the condo as much as possible. There is only a small desk lamp in the second bedroom. More lighting needed here.
We did not find enough linens for the both of us. Again, the owner offered to rectify the situation. We simply made do.
This unit has potential. There is a nice pool, beautifully landscaped area that we never took advantage of. So, that might be a plus for someone else. We offer these comments as constructive feedback because with some attention to detail, this unit could be very nice.
We are truly sorry that your experience in our unit was unsatisfactory. Our goal is to always make our guests feel at home and to provide them with high quality accommodations.
As I stated in our phone conversation, my initial step was to respond immediately to the premises and have your concerns remedied. We have always taken pride in the condition of our unit and the reviews provided by our guest. Therefore, I was surprised to say the least.
We have taken measures to ensure that your experience was a one time occurrence. A new cleaning service has been contracted, lighting to the kitchen and bedrooms have been added, furniture has been updated, carpeting has been replaced, walls have been freshly painted and the place looks better than ever.
We really hope you will be back!!! As we guarantee your review and perception of our unit will totally be different.

Close access to Isle of Capri, Marco Island, trendy 5th Ave and the beach!
