This vacation rental is part of the Sunrise Mountain Village community in Killington located just minutes from the slopes of Bear Mountain. Ski-in and out of this home and then ride the Sunrise Lift located by the Falls Brook Commons sports center. Just six miles north, you'll find several restaurants (from popular breakfast spots to sushi bars) and local shops all along Killington Road.
The whole family will enjoy their time together at this two-story condo where you can share updates online thanks to the free WiFi, watch a movie or favorite show on the cable TVs, gather at one of the tables and have a family game night, or head outside and enjoy the view from your deck. After a day out on the slopes, stoke up the fire and relax with a good book and a mug of hot cocoa.
Enjoy access to Falls Brook Commons, a private sports center facility at Sunrise Mountain Village. After an exciting day of hiking or skiing, relax and enjoy the indoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, or steam room. The outdoor hot tub is available for use all year round. The Sports Center is closed for maintenance until Memorial Day weekend, 2023. There are also three outdoor tennis courts, plus a firepit (by reservation only). All outdoor amenities are available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
