Sunshine House is back!! We again are offering the full house to our guests. We are elevated on the hill at 85 ft, offering the most beautiful views of the Caribbean waters and the trade winds the Turks and Caicos are known for. Our peaceful retreat is perfect for those looking for a true Classic Caribbean experience. We are located on the south side of Provo, in the center of the island putting you close to all the beaches and restaurants. Discovery Bay below us is where you can Bonefish in the shallows, one of our guests marveled at the fact that of all the places he fished for the elusive silver ghost, he saw the most right here and just a short walk down the hill. Or enjoy your days lazing around the thirty-five foot saline pool being mesmerized by the changing colors of sky & water. The first floor offers 2 bedrooms, each with a queen memory foam bed and split a/c units, one bath, modern kitchen/great room, covered veranda and a covered car park under the 2nd floor veranda. The Top Floor apartment has one queen memory foam bed, a futon sofa for a child, full kitchen, bathroom, Wi-Fi , Netflix, covered deck, private entrance, and a separate office with a full memory foam bed. The covered deck invites you to take a seat and chill with the most amazing views of sky and ocean.

For a quick getaway, We offer our Top Floor to a couple traveling alone at $250 per night, Singles $150 per night when the house is available.
