Four of the bedrooms feature their own en-suite bathrooms, but the fifth bedroom means there is ample space for everyone! Steps to the private Henlopen Acres beach or the public Deauville beach and tennis courts, guests will are sure to love this location. Whether you enjoy biking the quiet and shady streets, hiking and swimming in nearby Cape Henlopen Park, or just sitting on the rooftop deck to view the ocean, there is something for everyone close by! Guests can also visit the Rehoboth Art League galleries and historic campus, or walk to the boardwalk in downtown Rehoboth Beach. There is off street parking for 6 or more cars. This is a non smoking home, and pets are strictly prohibited. To access the beach you must cross Ocean Drive. Rentals are subject to Town of Henlopen Acres Rental Rules and Regulations, maximum occupancy of 12 persons.

Booking Restrictions- 7 Night Stays- Please note that due to restrictions in Henlopen Acres this property is limited to six in-season rentals (May to September) and two off-season rentals (January to April; October to December) per calendar year, and is expected to book quickly. There is no limit on the duration of each rental.

All VRBO reservations are a booking request only until confirmed by Property Manager. You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. Credit Card payments subject to 2% fee.

A linen package can be purchased for your stay. The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $257.60. To purchase the linen package please indicate on the linen addendum, an agent will be in touch with the lease agreement and additional paperwork.
