The Beach Club Catalina 101, a totally renovated corner luxury 3 bedroom/3 bath condo, is waiting for you and your family to enjoy! No hassle to get to the beach and the pools, just walk out your back door! Enjoy "your extended patio" into the grassy area for playtime. No waiting for the elevator or carrying gear down the hallways.

Beautiful new granite was installed in the kitchen and bathrooms with all new faucets & sinks. The condo was freshly and stylishly painted, complimenting the newly furnished casual coastal decor, furnishings and bedding. All mattresses and bedding was replaced just for your comfort!

The bedding arrangement is king master with a private adjoining bath, queen guest with a private bath, & a bunk bed with a full size mattress on the top and lower bunk and is located across from the hall bath. The sectional sofa has a sleeper bed. The condo sleeps 6 in beds and 2 on the sofa. All beds are made and a set of linen is supplied for the sofa. An ample amount of bath linen is supplied.

The patio is very secluded, but you can see the Gulf from the tall patio furniture, plus easy access to the boardwalk, pool and hot tub!

Owner is a Club member & daily fees apply for Club optional use of the private amenities. Without paying a daily fee you will still have access to the pools and hot tubs at the foot of each of the four towers and you may patron the restaurant & salon in the club house, plus the restaurants & shops at the entry area of the resort. The daily fee is approximately $45.00 per day for everyone in your party, not per person, but is based on the number of days used and is payable at the club desk in person. The private amenities include the indoor pool, fitness center, game room, luxurious locker rooms with saunas, an outdoor pool with a tiki bar and grill seasonally.

GREAT LOCATION ON A BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!! 4 of 5

The Beach Club is an amazing property! We enjoyed the four pools and hot tubs. Property was kept very clean. We felt very safe letting our older children walk throughout the property and beach by themselves.

101C was a great condo for our family! The ground floor was perfect! When coming back from the beach, we could leave all our sandy toys and chairs on the patio without dragging them through the condo. This also allowed more space for our younger children to play outside. The end unit was nice because there was not a lot of foot traffic. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels for a family of six. Overall, this property and condo was wonderful. We would definitely stay at the Beach Club again! The condo was amazing! Property is full of bugs and shy of being filthy
We love the Beach Club and are no strangers to the area after vacationing in the area for 30+ years. The unit manager Pam Martin did not respond to a single inquiry or concern. There are nats in the unit and lots of bugs we've not seen before. They got in our luggage and food and it was a battle to protect our items, unfortunately. The unit is filthy and if I were the owner and she was managing my property is be pissed! The furniture, floors, etc are dirty and moldy. The sliding door is full of grass and debris. The location of the unit is perfect for beach and pool and the staff are wonderful. This is not a good unit for a family and other than putting new sheets on a bed we were disgusted and paid to have it recleaned and the bugs were continuous. The realtor did communicate when she wanted more funds for add-in parking and it was paid. But her phone stopped working when we were not happy and needed her to come to see the unit's filth. No response. Do not stay here or use Pam Martin or her team. There is also other damage in the unit from abuse. We want to speak to someone and do not feel we got what we paid for!

Thoroughly impressed
I booked this condo based solely upon the online reviews and was thoroughly impressed at how accurate they turned out to be. Being able to walk out the back door and be just steps from two pools as well as the beach was so awesome. Plus, the unit is so closely located to the front parking lot that it was a breeze to get to our vehicles when we ventured out. The beds were very comfortable and there were extra blankets and pillows in each room. Plenty of storage. The bathrooms were very clean and also had ample storage space. The only complaint I have is there were just four washcloths and four towels in each bathroom, which proved to be not enough for my family of seven. I'd bring more of my own next time to avoid having to do multiple loads of towels. Additionally, for future visits to this unit, I will bring my own hand soap for each bathroom since what was provided didn't lather well. The kitchen is very nice. I liked all the appliances and found them easy to use. There's plenty of dishes, cookware, cups and glasses. The only food items in the kitchen when we arrived was a jar of Karo syrup and salt and pepper so I'm glad I was able to have groceries delivered the morning after we checked in. The ice maker was slow, but there were two machines close by from which we purchased ice to supplement. Internet connection was spotty most of the time, but was likely due to weather. We relied on our data plan for our phones and used it to hot spot for the TVs.

Family weekend vacation
It was a very nice bottom corner floor close to the beach . We took our handicap sister and it was perfect for her .. Nice restaurant on site and the Village is a fun family friendly area within walking distance from condo. The cleaning service needs training in cleaning under things , just the surface.
