Quiet pet friendly oceanfront condo. Pets must be approved prior to booking and must follow Our condo's rules. We accept well behaved pets under 20 pounds. Our vacation condo is located on the first floor of a small 12 unit condo directly on Satellite Beach. Perfect unit for seniors, couples or a small family. Unit was a 1 bedroom, we converted to a suite. Living room has brand new sofa and the suite area has a queen bed. The rooms have a door in between. New and upgraded flooring,lighting, furniture and bedding, all the comforts of home.
Walk out your sliding door and be on the beach. The beach is very private. It's a great location to find sea glass and shells. We have sea turtle nests in front of our unit every year. It's also a great beach to surf,paddle board or ride a bicycle. The sunrises are a photographer's dream. If you wake up early and enjoy the beach you are likely to see a momma turtle. We love our little piece of paradise and know you will also. Unit has two tv's, Internet and Chromecast tv. Nice patio on the ocean with Weber grill.
