Este é um novo apartamento de dois quartos. Construído no piso térreo de um imóvel muito amado e luxuoso em um local muito legal em Dublin. É um oásis de calma, mas quando você pisa fora você está no centro de tudo. É um local maravilhoso para explorar Dublin no dia e à noite. Eu comprei este mews há 19 anos. que foi recentemente remodelado e feito para um padrão de luxo por toda parte. O mews edifício de dois andares é composto por dois apartamentos. Este apartamento tem dois quartos e tem um grande espaço ao ar livre. O apartamento é de 850 pés quadrados e tem uma ampla sala de estar de plano aberto e e sala de jantar / cozinha .. Há dois quartos com duas camas de solteiro em cada. Há duas casas de banho. Uma das casas de banho é en-suite. As camas são muito alta qualidade. Há uma televisão em cada quarto. Estes televisores tem 5 canais, canais em sua maioria irlandeses. Há TV na sala de estar que tem o pacote Sky completa com internacionais, esportes e filmes. Há também um leitor de DVD para DVDs europeus e um leitor de CD / iPod. Há Wi-Fi em todo o apartamento.
O apartamento tem as paredes de pedra originais e tem muito carácter e é muito acolhedor. A localização é bem no centro de Dublin Georgiano. É uma estrita nenhuma propriedade de fumar, mas é permitido fumar lá fora. Estamos interessados em alugar a amadurecer, as pessoas responsáveis que respeitem nossa propriedade e ser considerado de outros hóspedes. O apartamento tem acesso para cadeiras de rodas limitada. Our stay was a great welcome after a long tour of Ireland heading into our 5 night stay. One note we stayed on the bottom floor, the top floor is rented separately. The location was close to a lot of pubs, stores, etc. It was a short 20 minute walk to The Guinness Storehouse and 15 minutes to the heart of Dublin.
The home was very clean with a lot of extras to make our stay more welcome. The rooms, kitchen and family area was great. Washer and dryer was a great bonus and free Wifi. The home opens up to a nice courtyard in the back which is shared by the upstairs tenants.
The process to renting to checking out was very professional and simple. There was a lot of follow-up prior to us arriving to make sure our stay was a great one.
Overall 5 star, great place. I will stay here again.
We very much enjoyed our stay at Chez Jay 2 during Christmas Week 2016. While we were in Dublin to see family and explore the area, sometimes it was hard to leave the comfort of our Dublin "home." This quiet and meticulously maintained apartment is centrally located and within easy walking distance of many of the city's more well known areas (Grafton St., St. Stephen's Green, Merrion Square) and a couple of DART stations. It was always easy to catch a taxi if we wanted to go farther out or wanted to give our feet a rest. Our questions were always answered very promptly and thoroughly by the owner/manager; the booking and payment process was straightforward and easy. We appreciated the information we received about nearby restaurants, pubs, and grocery stores. However, this information needs to be edited and updated as several of the restaurants have closed or relocated. We had a great experience at Chez Jay 2 and would highly recommend it!
We were incredibly impressed by this fabulous mews flat. We have booked through vrbo for 8 years now in places all over the world but this one is a gem. We do what we call slow travel by booking into a place for a month and using it as a base for our forays into the country. This flat is in a superb location, is impeccably detailed, provides great extras for convenience and pleasure and has been furnished beautifully. The beds are among the most comfortable we have had, the kitchen is a dream to cook in, the main open floor room is a fabulous place to hang out.
We usually have our children come stay with us for a week or so and they absolutely adored this place. The private terrace out back is perfect for a quiet glass of wine anytime. For its central location, this flat is remarkably quiet being located in a mews. We walked everywhere easily. There are great restaurants within a couple of blocks or right next door. I cannot praise this flat highly enough!
We were blown away with the apartment - the attention to detail was incredible. Everything was perfect, and the location is second to none. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to dublin. Also,a big thank you to paul, who picked us up and dropped us back to the airport, as well as explaining where everything was in the apartment. He put himself out on numerous occasions for us, which we really appreciated.
The property was lovely. It was very spacious and clean. It had all the amenities. It is close to all the sights we wanted to see: O'Connell Street Bridge, The Gresham Hotel, Guinness Factory, Grafton Street, St. Patrick's Cathedral, Christ's Church, Kilmainhom (?) Goal, Dublin Castle and a lot of museums. I could go on (haha). We were able to walk to all these places from the apartment (but you have to like walking) and if you prefer there are loads of taxi's and buses. The transportation system in Dublin is excellent. Will definitely be back.
This two bedroom apartment was ideal for my adult daughter and myself to stay while touring Dublin. Paul picked us up at the airport and could not have been more helpful. The apartment itself was immaculate - great location, modern appliances and delightful back patio outdoor space. I will stay there on future trips to Dublin.

We prefer to let by the week but understand that some want shorter stays. We do not take short term/weekend bookings more than a month in advance. We like to let to family groups and mature adults.
Christmas or New Year - bookings of 7 nights or more. St Patricks Day and Easter - minimum of 5 nights.
A deposit of 25% is required and the balance is paid 60 days before arrival.
Security deposit of $500 due 10 days prior to arrival.
We do not advertise on Craigslist. We accept payment through PayPal and a credit card can be used. We will never ask for a wire transfer and do not use Western Union.
