Este apartamento bonito, construído em 2005, está localizado no piso térreo de um empreendimento de luxo moderno em Torrequebrada Golf. Com vista para o campo de golfe e uma milha a partir do mar, a praia que é apenas a 3 minutos de carro ou 15 minutos a pé. Luxuosamente decorados com mobiliário moderno de alta qualidade e totalmente equipados com Wi-Fi, máquina de lavar louça, máquina de lavar, TV, via satélite, DVD player estéreo, TV no quarto principal etc., juntamente com ar condicionado e aquecimento por toda parte, cada detalhe pensado. Terraço grande trava o sol com mobiliário de terraço muito confortável para refeições ao ar livre. Estacionamento privativo para 2 carros, piscina, entradas segura fechado. Tanta coisa para ver e fazer nas proximidades, incluindo a maravilhosa Benalmadena Marina, o parque aquático em Torremolinos, parque temático Tivoli World, apenas a 5 minutos de distância e muito perto de Fuengirola, Mijas etc.

Lovely apartment, well furnished with all amenities.

Have just returned after having a lovely week at the apartment.

Our arrival was superb Wendy replied straight away with details an we where met by a very nice chap called Sammy who showed us around the apartment and gave us lots of information even tho it was 1:30am at this time.

Apartment had everything you would need, bathrooms are nice and beds were very comfy, air con was great as it was very hot while we was there.

Pool was lovely, our grandchildren loved it, nice grass bit for sunbathing, it says open at 10am, sometimes the attendant kept saying it wasn't open until later than that which at times was a pain but we was soon enjoying it!!, Sun loungers provided were a blessing!!

Only downside to location which to look at is superb is that it is a good walk away from restaurants, supermarket and beach ect, it was explained to us that a car would be helpful, this isn't the owners fault and in no way can they do anything about it but if a supermarket was mins walk away it would be so much better, even a vending area in complex but this is something totally out of the owners hands!

We managed to find a short cut to the mercadona which took us 17 minutes, walking back with shopping a tad longer 😁.

Of a night time we would get a taxi (8-9 euros)into the marina which is simply amazing, loads of places to eat, and thinking it would be on the pricey side I was wrong...great value for money, try the cinimon club for a brilliant curry!! There was a kids play park with lots of rides which our grandchildren loved, after the first night we went back to the marina every night!

We never used the BBQ but what a setting to enjoy one on the balcony overlooking the sea and a golf course on a lovely large table with extra comfy chairs 😁.

My worry when I book things like this is what happens if something goes wrong, this holiday displaced these fears, Wendy who was our contact over there was amazing going above and beyond, on our last night there we found out after struggling to get a taxi into town that the taxi's were on strike, after worrying about our pre booked taxi to the airport in the morning I made a call and at 11pm was told the horror news that our taxi would not be picking us up, after trying to phone some with no luck I was lost and worried how me and our family would get to airport, I decided to text Wendy who said not to worry that Sammy would shuttle us to train station in 3 runs, what a star, luckily our taxi came😁

excellent apartment within a very quiet setting

This apartment delivered exactly what it said on the tin! good fixtures and fittings, very spacious, everything provided for singles and couples with children. Very quiet situation and a car is definitely needed for shopping, restaurants, visiting various places , beach etc. The swimming pools is excellent and whilst we were there it was quiet, expect it could be too small for the amount of apartments in the busy period. We stayed in late June 2017.

Belamadena Pueblo is the best place to eat as there are numerous restaurants, bars, supermarkets etc, fantastic place where you will find everything you need. Only a 10 minute drive from the apartment. The people who look after the apartment are extremely helpful and are a real asset.

Fantastic apartment. Great facilities. Fabulous pool

Can't fault it. A spotless clean apartment in a lovely quiet location. The pool was practically a private pool while we were there. The kids loved it. We travelled with a 4 year old and one year old. Very safe location. Plenty of amenities and great space. Two parking spaces. You will defo need a car. Will highly recommend it and would like to visit again.

Very dissapointed in apartment

Just stayed in this apartment from 27thsept till 7th October and was very dissapointed in it the pictures are very false you cannot see the golf course for over 60ft high trees the swimming pool is in block 4 we were in block7 about 150 yard walk with your heavy sun lounger is a disgrace the owner knew I was disabled because I asked him if it was suitable and he said ok a total lie. We picked this apartment because we were overlooking the golf course as we don't go out at night due to my disability but I said it would be nice to just sit on the terrace and watch them playing golf what a fib.The television broke down after 2 days but he wasn't interested as he had been paid ,it definetly is not high standard about a 2 star accomadation which we are not used too.The area that it is in is very far away from everything no shops no places to eat a car is definetly essential as it is very hilly doesn't matter which way you go there is a hill if he had said you need a car we would have taken our driving licence with us lucky our son came out the 2nd week and we told him to bring our licences out with him so we managed to get a car for this week we spent 150 euros on a mobility scooter which I was unable to use,we had to get taxis everywhere the first week which took a very substantial amount of our spending money away. Definetly not recommended for anything.Wont be back here in a hurry avoid at all cost

Resposta do proprietário: We are so disappointed to receive this review as we work incredibly hard to ensure our guests have a fabulous stay with us, in 10 years that we have been renting our Spanish home we have never received a negative review and have a visitors book in the apartment which is full of lovely positive comments. We have the most amazing agent out in Spain who looks after everything in our apartment for us and offers our guests a 5 star standard of care. As with all guests she went above and beyond the call of duty to try and assist here. The information on our advert is correct and in no way misleading, the apartment does indeed overlook the golf course but the trees are high at the moment meaning you cannot see the fairway, these are cut every year by the golf course but we have no control over when these are done. We have a lovely swimming pool and garden area which is indeed 150 meter walk from our apartment, to ensure our guests can make full use of this great facility we have provided nice sun loungers which can be taken to the pool to ensure you always have one and can sunbathe in comfort. We received a telephone call after these guests had been with us for a week at 9.30pm at night saying that the TV had stopped receiving UK channels, we tried to resolve this over the telephone for them despite the abuse we were receiving but were unable to do so, our agent went around the very next morning. Unfortunately she was unable to resolve the problem and so an engineer had to be called, he did not come until these guests had departed and diagnosed the problem as the settings had been tampered with hence the loss of channels. We gave these guests free access to our Wi-Fi, downloaded our TV app onto their i-pad so that they could still get UK TV for the remainder of their holiday. We are 1 mile from the sea, a 15 to 20 minute walk from a fabulous supermarket and some lovely bars and restaurants, all of the distances and facilities are accurately reflected on our advert. This guest was a wheelchair user (arriving having not booked a mobility scooter locally, our agent sorted this out for them), the apartment is ideal as it’s all flat and direct access from the street, but we do make it clear on our advert that a car is recommended if you don’t like walking and particularly to anyone who has mobility issues, we are always honest and recommended that these guests hire a car as using a wheelchair to get around the local area is not suitable where we are located.
